I remembered when they wore the blue robes and they came to Second Baptist Church in Evanston Omg Walt got happy I had to come and fan him because he almost fell over because the spirit was so high in the church the live experience is awesome
OMG, he raised up a new generation and they sound just as good as the first. I was introduced to them at 17 with the first album "We Are One". I have always said when I pastor a church the standard for my choir will be them and LA Mass Choir. I'm about to start a church so get ready world!
Wow that's excessive..Grades has nothing to do with how God can use them. What if there's kids that can only achieve a B.C OR C.D roll? Then what God can't use Them?
Yaboii_cobie I think the good grades idea is to teach discipline and responsibility. This choir is Grammy winning and world renown, quite a privilege to be apart. A high school star athlete can't play sports if their grades aren't good. It's the same idea.
Hopefully, there's exceptions. Not everyone is cut out for cookie cutter A B C public and private school grading systems. Dedication to the Lord us what matters. You can be an A student and have no heart towards God. Also, those that choose to educate at home would be excluded then?
There is nothing wrong with Walt Whitman wants his Choir Members to have great grades. He believes in Education and we should appreciated that he cares about our Youth. A Mind is a terrible thing to waste. God does expect us to do everything with Excellence.

The primary reason why there are so many names for God recorded throughout the Scriptures has to do with God's nature and character.
The Bible itself is meant to reveal who God is-to show us what He is like and teach us what He has done throughout history.
We will never fully understand God, of course. He is too big for our comprehension, which also means He is too big for a single name.
One of the main reasons the Scriptures contain so many names for God is because God is deserving of honor and praise.
The majesty of His Name, His Being, is worthy of recognition on several different fronts.
