@Pen Da Pineapple no, that's not what I meant. I'm talking about their videos, barely anyone watches them despite them being great. Also they are no where near being the most known peripheral brand, Logitech, Razer and Corsair are way way bigger.
I can't believe how long i've been using Steelseries products. Been using their mice and/or mousepads since 2004. I retired my Steelseries S&S mousepad just a few days ago....after using it since 2005...going to a Steelseries 4HD. Which is discontinued but i got it brand new. I also had the plastic mousepad they released before the S&S that had a separate foam rubber non slip base but forgot what that one was called. Been using their mice since the Xai came out and after that mouse died, used a Sensei every since. Just picked up the newest Sensei Ten just a few months ago. I had forgotten what a new hard plastic mousepad feels like. I'm having to learn how to play valorant all over again because it's so slick. I hope steelseries keeps all of their mice with the same feel. After my last Sensei died, i went with a G Pro Wireless from Logitech for a while to try something different. I shelved that mouse because of 1 main reason. The lift off distance is too low. With the way i play FPS games, i am too used to being able to predict when the mouse stops tracking when lifting it off the mousepad and Logitech has that cutoff distance too close to the desk so i always end up with my crosshair stopping in place unexpectedly. I used to be so against wireless mice but after using the G Pro Wireless, i've come to realize that wireless tech has matured enough to be good for gaming. So when Steelseries finally releases a wireless version of the Sensei, i'll be the first one to get one. I just hope they maintain the weight of the mouse without making it heavier or lighter or removing any of the buttons like all these other companies do.
@@DavidHeyManS i dont understand the need for wireless mouse, I have used multiple mice and have never felt or had a wire get in my way or mess me up. I think wireless mouse are a gimmick tbh

I hope this one ACTUALLY HAS on-board MEMORY like it states and not just a PROCESSOR. They marketed the Rival 310 with the ability to save macros ON-BOARD and LIED. It only saves lighting and DPI settings but NOT the button remaps and macro rebinds.
I have old Diablo 3 version, sadly my click on wheel stopped working and its by far my favorite mouse. So I'm going to buy this one. I'm super glad i can get new model that on outside is almost the same as my old one.
Also people care about super low latency, which this doesn't mention anything about. That surface detection and whatever may increase total latency. Still i think it is no concern.
@John Titor Why are you calling me brain dead when you dont even understand the english language. Go to school before trying to roast someone about their intellect.
@John Titor just because it 10% lighter, does not mean its a lightweight mouse. Its 92 grams, which is not considered to be a light mouse. Dont call me brain dead or blind when you are the one who is clueless about what you are talking about.
It's a great mouse IMO, I love the cable, better than any other and the shape is great, especially at the end where the mouse buttons are very close to the mousepad which helps immensely with precision(rocket jump ninja also says the same thing). I'd prefer a lower weight, but the shape makes up for that. I love this shape much more than any other shape for playing competitive shooters. Ofc this is just my opinion. Have a nice day bro

I hope the model in the video is just rendered, because the sensor position seems too low... I want to buy this mouse, but it will be a deal-braker for me.
@@fLixuyCSGO player talking. Theorically, you want the sensor to be at thumb level when you grip the mouse. If the sensor is lower and you want to use your wrist for a flickshots, the movement will be way too fast and you will miss (the lower the sensor is on a mouse, the less you will have to move your wrist to achieve the same distance in-game). You can get used to it if you play for some weeks/month, but i could'nt get used to a low sensor positioning,. I liked the original Sensei shape, but because of the inbuilt acceleration of the laser sensor, it was not good enough for csgo to be consistent. So I bought the sensei 310 when it came out and the sensor position made it that i would overshoot targets quite often while flickshoting. I've got a LOT of mice and can play csgo with all of them. Some have better sensor or shape than the others, but the sensei 310 is the only mouse I hate to play with in CSGO because of the sensor position. I'm currently maining the XM1 and this one is quite close to the sensei shape with good sensor positioning and I'm enjoying it. That's why I really hope the sensor position will not be too low on the Sensei Ten.
@@yosu2014 "the lower the sensor is on a mouse, the less you will have to move your wrist" But wouldn't it be the opposite? The lower the sensor the more you have to flick/move your wrist?! Because the lower part of the mouse turns/moves less than the upper part of the mouse with a wrist flick so.. the sensor would move less cm to left and right (because of a semicircle movement, which is smaller) on the pad the lower the sensor is on the mouse = you have to flick more. Which should be better against overshooting or "overflicking" because it's not as "sensitive". I don't know how exactly the XM1 is like with the sensor placement but, the new sensei ten bottom plate from the video compared to my DM1 FPS actually has about 2 or 3mm+- difference in height. The Sensor on the DM1 FPS is higher placed for sure! And I can tell you one thing, my DM1 FPS compared to my old sensei raw also has a 2-3mm sensor difference. So the old original sensei has a lower placed sensor as well. Seems like that is not new on the Sensei Ten and they haven't changed it at all!
Love the coating. Love the stability when I aim, by far the best spray with this mouse. But too heavy for flickshots. Love the clicks of LMB and RMB. Super accurate. 1. Remove right side buttons or do what Logitech G Pro offers. 2. Make it 15 grams lighter. It needs to be around 80grams. 3. Make it like 2mm flatter on the top and not as wide at the back. Too much junk in the trunk. 4. Make it wireless. Get back to me when you're done. Don't care what it ends up costing.
