I bought my house 1RoomKitchen in Navi Mumbai at my 28th age. I fell in love with this gentleman from my office, who was from different state & was living as a bachelor. Later he got shifted to my place...we got married within 6 months....and spent our beautiful days together in that cozy small house. There was no other option than being together., sitting beside each other every time, lying nearby, watching TV together bcoz the room was small. Talking & talking, so much of togetherness.... Later after 3 years we got shifted to 3bhk apartment. Now i give lots of privacy to my husband, may be bcoz of my huge house. But he realised & remembers how important our small house was, how small things were so important....it was a sheer love & affection.
Really true small house keeps unity and love etc. When we are kids we live in small house one tv we had fight for tv and had good times after we had own built house it was big we have separate room for 3 kids. But we lost happiness we lived like a neighbors. Now I am 2 bhk house which was enough for us.enjoying with my kids.

Yep, poverty exists in most countries, including the U.S. I am one of 10 children and we (12 people) lived in one bedroom house, in the U.S. I can’t say I miss that house that I grew up in.
Absolutely fantastic. Your aunt should be featured on all the youtube channels that tour tiny homes. This is a huge movement in the United States and in many other countries.
When we look at such video we find out how privileged we are to get all we need and still we complain about silly things... This video is amazing they never even complain about their condition and are so humble and welcoming .. actually I am also a gujju..and ur Gujarati was really sweet ..keep up this great work..
No idea why this was recommended to me now. But am glad I got to see this. Its wonderful how these women are happy and call it their home. Definitely lots of lessons to learn from them ...hats off aunties 🥰👍👌
Awesome success story in life . How many people have huge residences and are utterly unhappy. This woman has learned to be so resourceful. She is rich.
55 years!? There's nary a grey hair on her head, and she moves like a young woman. The space is serene and beautiful because it is of her. Comfort and contentment.
I personally love this 1 room apartment. But I would like to add a high sink to wash plates etc. Aunty's room looks clean, tidy and well-organized. It is good enough for 1-2 people only. She seems a grateful person. I think she will be happy everywhere.
By watching this video I feel that how blessed I m that my parents has given me all facilities bt also I always used to complain .... today I realize that to be happy we don't need every facilities bt a kind heart... huge respect for the Anty 💕💕💕stay blessed always...
I was born in a room like this.. My parent got a house like this for 12k rupees in central Mumbai but tbh those days in the chawl was far better.. Simple life.. Not many wants.. Just needs.. Life is Beautiful.. God is Great ..thank u for sharing this video
They are very happy in that small room. Many people aren't happy in two floors duplex mansion. We need satisfaction. And happiness. Find it everywhere.
One lesson which I have learnt after watching this video if you are down to earth person and your bucket list is limited then you are the most happiest person in the world.
Your Aunt's place was so much nicer and so well equipped compared to other single- room apartments and you can tell the two women work hard to keep it nice and tidy!!
In this day of crass consumerism and excess, it is a good reminder of reality and it is heartening to see people living a happy life even with limited means. Thanks for showing.
I'm living in India for 4 years(studying) and I have much love and respect for Indians. ,very simple life but happy. where I came from they live in arrogance and stress..no happiness at all..big thumbs up to your Aunt 👏👏👏👏
Apparently, all the people who have a low self esteem, used this opportunity to brag about themselves and tell the world how much better they have it. The difference between this lady and those people, is that this lady is content with her lifestyle. But others, no matter what they have, they're never happy.
I think not happy because they can see the huge divide between haves and have not's and because all in one area do not live exactly the same it causes competition? Where his Aunty lives they live the same. They do not need to compete. Children in America here other children talk and about Holidays and clothing for school and all they must have to, and it causes heartbreak. It is hard no matter how it is done, but think maybe one will not be happy if living with a huge divide beside them and they cannot get up enough to have the same and live like other people? They need help in getting to that point. Often no one shows them the "tricks" to achieve success. How you can go to college free, if you are 'poor enough.'Etc. Middle class and above must pay. When I was young in the 50's 60's people had less ,but were happier , as they did not see this divide as much. So much on TV of what you MUST HAVE AND HOW OTHERS LIVE. Dictating to parents what you must buy your children and do for them. Parents are under pressure and children are bullied and feel terrible, if they do not have it. It still happened at that time, but not as much. My parents would get an "ORANGE' for Christmas when children (If good) :) and then they knew Santa came and brought it ,and they were happy to have family come and have a nice dinner. AS time wen on and two people in family needed to work ( the men went to war and the women took their jobs, and so when they came back their jobs were gone, but it opened up the money for the women and they loved that.. So then we had the two family system, with more money needed and coming into homes. But before that, people had less, and yet were so family oriented , and happy . What they got they were thankful for and it was not alot. They did not EXPECT so much and so was not disappointed, if not receiving it. Cost of living went UP, over time, and it costs much more now ,to buy things.
It's amazing how the older aunty managed to stay happy for past 55 years in such a small space & yet she's all excited to show the working of the house. This I guess is that ultimate salvation which people search for entire life
This also reminds me of countless people living out of cars and RVs here in the USA from homelessness. Some of these vehicle homes are well organized and equipped. But something about your Auntie's smile makes this little place look Million dollars 🙏🏽😊
Well said.... 40 years ago... I had an opportunity to visit my aunt... Who lived in one room in Mumbai.... Those lovey memories still linger in me... Love peace and happiness is all what a person needs....
True, makes one appreciate what you've got. That's why I try not to feel sorry for myself because there are always people with much less who are happy and content.
After watch this video,I feel very lucky my self to have a big house 🏠 in home town.I was still thinking my house is small but after watching this video, now I understand the value of my home in terms of area.
So many people are homeless these days, so it's nice to see she has a space of her own. I can tell she is hard working and keeps her space clean and organized. I will keep her in my prayers.
Thank you, Your Masi and her daughter in law for so graciously inviting us into her home! I'm really hoping that through the go fund me page you can raise some funds to bless them! I enjoyed the tour of her tiny, tiny house and to see her smiling face! May God truly bless her for being so happy with so little! Having a roof over one's head is a blessing in itself while many in this world have no home. In the USA we have so much to be greatful for yet many people aren't happy with all they have. A lot of people need to see this video!
We too have lived in one room tenement in Mumbai and it’s fun to stay because your neighbours are like your extended family. Generally people have a verandah with your window opening into it and children play outside and you too do not feel lonely. Neighbours take care of each other and food is shared too.
Believe it or not, there are low, middle and high income peope who have purchased tiny homes. It's not about who is rich and who is poor. It's all about how you choose to live your life and not the way society deems the way you need to live life. She is happy and content and has been for the past 55 years.. Grandma was way ahead of us all. Bless her.
This comment section is so heartwarming. Shows indeed humans after all need to be content with what they have and not complain. It's Beautiful. Masi is so cheerful too. 😊

Absolutely fantastic. Your aunt should be featured on all the youtube channels that tour tiny homes. This is a huge movement in the United States and in many other countries.
She has made such clever use of her space. Charming.
she keeps the place very clean and organized. so humbling
She can teach all those 'tiny home' people a thing or too, this is the tiniest living space I have ever seen. But she seems happy. Thanks for sharing!
When we look at such video we find out how privileged we are to get all we need and still we complain about silly things...
This video is amazing they never even complain about their condition and are so humble and welcoming .. actually I am also a gujju..and ur Gujarati was really sweet ..keep up this great work..
I am going to quit comlplaining and start organizing my stuff
Yep...
.
Good for ur effort
👌 👍
Even me too
Proud of her.
The apartment is so clean
No idea why this was recommended to me now. But am glad I got to see this. Its wonderful how these women are happy and call it their home. Definitely lots of lessons to learn from them ...hats off aunties 🥰👍👌
What a well organised person your aunt is .The best thing is her attitude. She is a happy person regardless.God bless her
Awesome success story in life .
Such a lovely message showing content and happiness 😁
Today i realised one thing. The thing matter most is happiness and care. They live there.
It's is in Byculla ghodupdev right na near ranibaug
By watching this video I feel that how blessed I m that my parents has given me all facilities bt also I always used to complain .... today I realize that to be happy we don't need every facilities bt a kind heart... huge respect for the Anty 💕💕💕stay blessed always...
Hello patel kem so
I was born in a room like this.. My parent got a house like this for 12k rupees in central Mumbai but tbh those days in the chawl was far better.. Simple life.. Not many wants.. Just needs.. Life is Beautiful.. God is Great ..thank u for sharing this video
🙏🏽
Everything is so neat and clean.thats really appreciable.
Absolutely right
There is nothing wrong living a simple life ...if the mind, heart and soul are good, then there is abundance in everything.
Thanks for sharing 🙏🏽
They are very happy in that small room.
Many people aren't happy in two floors duplex mansion.
We need satisfaction. And happiness.
Find it everywhere.
Dude I'm stoned absolutely true happiness is important.ur wealth or mansion can not guarantee u happiness
One lesson which I have learnt after watching this video if you are down to earth person and your bucket list is limited then you are the most happiest person in the world.
Your Aunt's place was so much nicer and so well equipped compared to other single- room apartments and you can tell the two women work hard to keep it nice and tidy!!
A real home. Must be a lesson to new age kids who always need "space". greetings to your aunty and her bahurani , God bless them.
People who live in low income housing projects need to appreciate what they have.
Celestine Meyers This woman works to earn her space so she appreciates it. 👍
In this day of crass consumerism and excess, it is a good reminder of reality and it is heartening to see people living a happy life even with limited means. Thanks for showing.
🙏🏽
I'm living in India for 4 years(studying) and I have much love and respect for Indians. ,very simple life but happy. where I came from they live in arrogance and stress..no happiness at all..big thumbs up to your Aunt 👏👏👏👏
Denzel Heden where did u come from it sounds like here in America
In such a small place your aunty is so innovative. Much love for your aunt and all your family! 🤗
Its not about how big the house is...The most essential thing is the love and happiness shared by the people living in it
Wonderful reminder. Next time I am gonna complain about my life, I shall remember this video. True eye-opener!
They have my full respect, they seem so happy and organised, and appreciate what they have in life, nice Interesting video

Fascinating video. She's a very organised woman. We dont need most of the junk we buy!
This is perfect example of space management instead of making big home people utilize area make area planted
N look beautiful
Space is just a mental thing...little space with peace is better than a mansion of hate..
🙏👌👌👍👍👍👍👍
Well said
Well said.... 40 years ago... I had an opportunity to visit my aunt... Who lived in one room in Mumbai.... Those lovey memories still linger in me... Love peace and happiness is all what a person needs....
Very true. Being happy in a hut is better than being sad in a palace
So true
House is small but here heart is very big this teaches us that we should appreciate wat ever we have may god bless here
🙏🏽
After watching of this video my house is looking like palace to me
Same with me
True, makes one appreciate what you've got. That's why I try not to feel sorry for myself because there are always people with much less who are happy and content.
Madame/Sir,since independence of India 1947..due to false policies of ruling govts.the average middle class suffered more.
After watch this video,I feel very lucky my self to have a big house 🏠 in home town.I was still thinking my house is small but after watching this video, now I understand the value of my home in terms of area.
I felt the same...Thank you GOD
My respect for your modest yet content aunt. It doesn't always take much for happiness.
Well done , how nicely managed their life into this small space even after facing so many hardships, courageous woman.
🙏🏼
