- TODAY I walk the Manila Baywalk starting from Dolomite Beach. I go all the way past Star City and end near Mall of Asia. Along the way I meet amazing Filipinos!

28:58 it was the Manila Film Center but it was left abandoned in the 90s due to structural damage after an earthquake. It was said to be haunted but sometimes there are shows being held there (outside show because the building was deemed as dangerous)

Nice. You may want to visit the southernmost part of metro Manila, Muntinlupa, specifically Alabang area. Visit Festival mall and Alabang town center....
Though we are not rich country ,but Philippines have all a good heart ur feel at home ❤
From there you can go and visit Manila Zoo which is the oldest zoo in asia yet its so modern you wouldnt believe its the first and oldest zoo. Its similar to Singapore zoo.. a little version of it.
You can rent a yacht or book a yacht tour at klook if you want to see and experience Manila differently. Its beautiful during sunset and you will see the skyline of Manila from the sea. Somewhat looks like Miami. For only 200+ USd

Try the spiral buffet at sofitel and it was refuted to be the best buffet in Manila. A little bit expensive though.

Ermita used to be a hermitage during the Spanish colonization era. It grew into a district neighboring Malate which is now the korea town of Manila. Both districts are known to its nightlife. Ermita and Malate were once the red light districts of Manila but now its a thriving business district with lots of hotels and major government and private corporation buildings. Its also referred to as the Bohemian district of Manila... It used to be.

Try to go to Tagaytay. It's a beautiful place to go there, you can see the taal volcano in the middle of Lake.
Eeeeyyy😄, it's good to know that you're staying until December here in the Philippines, well u should experience the Filipino Christmas, and by the way Sir your asking about the " KAPRE" well it's a mythical creature here in the Philippines that is used to scare the children through stories by the elders , they usually say that if you smell the smoke nearby the gigantic trees , it means that there's a KAPRE lives there😅

Amazon ships a lot of items to the Philippines for free if your order is over $49. I saw on someone else’s channel you have to keep it under $200 or you get a high tariff charge on it. I ordered something to be delivered to a hotel in Dumaguete on October 4th, it said I would receive it on the 18th, I actually received it in 5 days. Something else took 12 days. In the address I put (hotels name) for (my name and room #), then the address with my room number again. My packages went thru Manila so you should receive it sooner there.
I tried ordering on Amazon too, I ordered a bunch of books I was interested in (so I can avail the free shipping option) that that can’t be found or sold here in the country and it only arrived about a week to my place just around south of Metro Manila (Cavite).

The trees that you are enamored at the Manila bsywalk are Banyan trees in case you didn't know. Locally it is known as balete tree and the dwelling place for Filipino folklore and mythological entity we call Kapre as you have read in the inscription while walking along.😊

I think that Amazon building houses their customer service reps. Philippines has a large Business Process Outsourced companies which makes sense. I live in the UK and uses Amazon a lot and each time I call, I get to talk to a kabayan.
