I love how the ride operators use a list of tricks in an attempt you either catch you off guard or get you to put your hands up!

My favorite is when they tell you to put your hands in the air so they can "check your lapbars". But after standing in the line and seeing them trick people over and over again, it's kinda hard to fool us
For me he said "You guys want a surprise or a countdown?" and he launched us before we could even choose.

The loop is way bigger in person and it's much faster than it looks
This ride is a lot better than it looks, especially in the back. The airtime is AWESOME!
I watched this video before I went to the park and thought this ride would be lame but I have to say it was definitely one of my favorite rides. Everyone is so pumped when it's finishes. The line wasn't to long either. Nothing more than a 30 minute wait.

I enjoyed the ride a lot. It's a quick ride. If I had to wait more than 20-30 minutes I would probably pass.
Great ride but they didn't need to remove the log jammer for it.

Ya I got it . As I recall one of the workers went to get it after they stopped running the ride when the park closed and brought it to lost and found. I picked it up on the way out of the park.
BryceFourn 2001 When you watch the POV's of Full Throttle and Twisted Colossus the ride doesn't seem to really be that thrilling. For Full Throttle I was very surprised by the forces it brought when I actually rode it. Do you think TC is the same way I mean it is an RMC right.

Favorite ride
I like this ride but it has several big flaws. 1) Due to the design, only one train can run at a time and the trains are very small so the line moves very very slow. 2) The trains are very tight and I'm only 6 foot and I hardly had any legroom which made the experience painful.
I went today and they had two trains running.

Having only one train running while the other is still in the station is typical for rides that lack a mid-course brake run. You can't safely dispatch until the other train has cleared the main block.

Full throttle is a crazy coaster with the worlds tallest loop
I'm hoping this is a good choice for first coaster at Magic Mountain to take my GF on. She's only ever been to Knott's (done all the big ones like HangTime, Xcelerator, Silver Bullet), but she's still somewhat apprehensive about Six Flags, haha. I told her about Tatsu, about how you're flying, and she was like "I think I'd like to go on that first, it seems really chill" and I was just like "uhhhh actually it's probably the 2nd or 3rd most intense ride there; it's the tallest, fastest, and longest flying coaster on planet Earth, and that pretzel loop makes it feel like there's a refridgerator sitting on your chest" and she was like "ok maybe later in the day then *nervous laugh*"
This is honestly one of the lesser intense ones in the park, one of the most fun ones, and is right at the front when you enter, so it's as good a candidate as any to take her on first, right?
In May almost the whole thing was visible from the plaza on top of the hill containing Superman and the tunnel. Did Magic Mountain block the view?

It bothers me that most commenters have never been on this, and yet still judge... It's just like SUF at SFDK, it looks small, and weak but once you're on it, it's actually one of the best rides in the world. So Live It. Be it. Ride it.... Then judge it.

It looks like a major disappointment then what it was hyped to be. Also if they were going to have it just one train running at a time they should of had two loading stations to cut line time

Honest review - its an interesting concept, building excitement while craftily repurposing its own resources like a snake eating itself (obviously more than just novelty; they really had to cram that ride into that tiny space, really impressive work for what it is). However, the fact that the last drop is so close to the end of the track seems anti-climactic to me. Every time i ride it, i feel like the rush of that drop doesn't even begin to register until its already grinding to a halt like a premature ejaculation. But the rest of it is still fun, I think fun enough to get over it if you're in a good mood.

My home park is Great Adventure :D and Cedar Point is 7 hrs away but I have only been to Great Adventure, Cedar Point , Hershey Park but I am planning Dorney, Luna Park , Six Flags New England for 2014 :)
This one was pretty fun. Not my favorite at the park, but it was pretty sweet nonetheless.

I don't know I just remember Coasterforce answering their opinion of KingDa Ka and Top Thrill Dragster. But your so lucky all i have near me is Superman at SFMM and Xcelerator at Knotts.

I was lucky to ride this before the grand opening to the public. it was so much fun. the only downfall is that it is short.

Depends what you want. Back row has more hang time and ejector on the drop, but the front has nice floater airtime on the top hat

Tommy Carr riddlers revenge is super uncunfortable, though.they should remove scream and make riddlers a floorless coaster, an replace scream with a RMC woodie, and that would make the park have 2 RMCs!
Auggie Whitman I really like Scream, so I much prefer that it doesn't get replaced.

at a bible camp last year I asked my friend who was in the group they called Full Throttle Water Bottle and they said from this roller coaster
If I remember from their KingDa Ka video they like Top Thrill Dragster more because it's smoother.

Why can't we choose our row?? We should be able to choose where to sit. I only rode this twice because of that. I am a front seat guy, and love to ride the front seat on roller coasters. The 1st time, I was put in in row 2, and I didn't like it. The 2nd time, I was able to sit in row 1.

The no preferred seating policy is stupid I get if it’s for newer rides that open up to the public because they will be very popular but if it’s been open for a few years then that’s where it gets really ridiculous

Is the drop worst than medusa?
If you're referring to Medusa at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, then yes, Full Throttle's last drop is more forceful. While Medusa's main drop leaves you weightless, Full Throttle's last drop tosses you out of your seat like a rag doll!

Riddler PlaysMC yeah i know where this is... I was only saying discovery kingdom refer to the superman coaster there because there are other rides of the same name at other parks.

Yeah, Full Throttle is better. i've been on both as well.
Get yourself locked in roller coasters, and keep riding them until you're not scared, that's how.
The only cool thing about it is that massive airtime hill over the top of the loop
