- "Hear! Sons of Kahless" (aka The Klingon Warriors Anthem) is one of my favorite moments from one of my favorite episodes of Star Trek DS9 and what better way to launch my new channel than by paying tribute to one of my favorite franchises with a Klingon anthem. (Note: This is not intended to indicate I own any copyright from the Star Trek franchise, I just love it.)

As the Jem'Hadar Soldier said of Lieutenant Commander Worf, "I can kill him but I cannot defeat him". In most cases, speaking scientifically (that is why I said 'most cases'), a Klingon can be killed somehow but can never be defeated. That is why I know that the Klingons are great and brave Warriors.

If they every wanted to make a "Vikings"-style Star Trek spin off about an ambitious Klingon commander, this would be a good opening theme
I hope they do. I have the perfect script.
I imagine it as an elderly klingon telling stories about his life. And yes he should be old enough to have been fighting the Federation. Thou when his stories he could tell his stories to an audience of Federation people. Maybe hd is a guest at the Starfleet Academy? Such a format can be used to use stories that may not fit for a normal Star Trek series. This way there could be about different people in different eras. History lessons at the Academy can really be vivid.

I love the low volume of the singing. It fits perfectly for Klingons. Remember, an animal is at its most dangerous when you hear that soft yet powerful guttural growl.

I sincerely hope that they do. I've been a lifelong star trek fan and recently been playing Star Trek adventures the rpg as a gm and although Romulans (petaq) are my favourite race, found myself coming back to klingons time and again, having to become gowron I kind of really like them and I hope cbs return to "golden era trek"

This rendition has an ominous menace which fits the TOS Klingons. Not as loud as the TNG+ Klingons, but has a steel resolve to it that most Dahar Masters would approve of
