Knäckebröd.. Is dried preserved traditional bread (during cold winters our ancestors needed to have carbs they could store easily that they could keep away from the rats. So they would bake out all the moisture in a large wheel shape with a hole in the middle.. And hang dry in the rafters above the fire far away from critters. It would keep for years.).. We normally don't eat it without butter on it. And we normally have it on the side with hot meals.
Skorpor is similar. We have butter and marmelade on them normally.. Or butter and cheese.. Or butter with marmalade and cheese. They are normally served with tea.. And eaten in evenings.. Or when you have a cold or feel too sick to eat. For fika..
Å is pronounced as the O sound in the english word "more"..
Ä is pronounced as the A sound in the english word "cat"..
Ö is pronounced as the O in the english word "word"..

Arrack is a sweet liquoir made of distilled molasses. In Sweden we make a liqueur called Punsch made of arrack, we use to drink this hot together with split yellow pea soup and Swedish (thin) pancakes usually on thursdays. We also have an other old candy (from 1950) from Sweden called punschpraliner with a more pronounced taste of arrack/punsch.
I love IKEA's elderflower drink concentrate at summer, and lingonberry drink concentrate for lunch/dinner.

My favorite way of eating knäckebröd is with butter, cheese and some thinly sliced cucumber. If you're feeling brave you can have some Swedish kaviar between the butter and the cheese. Swedish Kaviar has a very strong salty, fishy taste so don't use too much when you first try it. Make sure it's separate the kaviar from the cucumber if you combine those two because the water from cucumbers will make it gooey and runny and it's not as good.

My view on the IKEA stuff, their "own" stuff not like marabou, that they sell, is that it is quite cheap and kinda bland. But that is okay, becuase it is most of the time cheap.. For example the beer they have, here, as well as the chips, is pretty simple, bland ones. But since the price is low - I´m fine with it.
Same for a lot of the food they sell, the foo you buy an take home, not the bistro. Like the hot ogs, the jam etc. But it is what it says on the tin - like the lingon berry jam is lingonberry jam, even if a bit sweet and I guess, a little mroe sugar than I prefer. Same for like their sodas etc.
I usually buy some food when I go to IKEA, I have two of them about the same distance from me, just under an hour with public transport to both, subway and bus for one, commuter train and bus for the other.
