I've been looking for this comment. Lol.
Who on earth has the time to cook spaghetti, and line it up, strand by strand, till it forms a sheet?
People who have the time to do it have the time to do it. Strangely enough these people are not myths and do exist.

@@wcopter5514 Thank you, W Copter!
Fusilli Lunghi Bucati are originally from Campania and have a simple spiral shape. In the past, Fusilli were made by hand according to a method that was passed down from one generation to the next: you had to rapidly twist a strand of spaghetti around a knitting needle with a skilled hand.
Italian food is the best bc it's easy to make vegetarian versions of basically everything ❤️
I wish the full completed dish/recipe was shown before the step by step ingredients. That way I can skip recipes because I saw an ingredient that was a hard no for any foods I make.
What’s the song from 5:51 to 7:17?
Chicken in the first recipe didn't crisp up all the way because you overcrowded the pan.
I don't think the overcrowded pan was the problem. I think she should have used more heat. She probably had to end up taking them off before they had a chance to develop better color because she was afraid of overcooking them (those pieces were hella thin). In addition, it looks like the camera is directly over the pan so if she had been cooking around the oil's smoke point (which I like to do to get a nice color and flavor in cast iron), it probably would have messed with the shot and whatnot, not to mention she used oil and butter which I think would have lowered the smoke point of the overall lipid mixture.
Can i know how much is 1 cup?
