2002 Ford Focus Fuel Pump ? (Test Power to Fuel Pump)

How to check power to fuel pump on 2002 Ford focus (sedan). Back Test using 12 volt test light, since it’s ground that activates fuel pump. Also show access hole to cut to to gain access to fuel pump by cutting floor under seat. See wire harness, use cutting wheel but make sure you do not create sparks, just keep wheel at slow speeds. Later screw brackets to cut out plate and paint then seal using RTV.
