Stephen Brown being a good musician doesn't mean knowing theory, the most tone deaf unmusical person in the world could take an in depth lesson on baroque harmony and perfect it and would that in turn make them a "good musician?" Being a good musician means having a musical ear and being able to play your instrument well in my opinion and these 4 did that perfectly.
I agree, having a natural ear for music is by far the most important thing. You can be successful as a musician just from your ear, you can be successful from learning to read sheet music and studying the theory but in the end the person with the ear for it is better because they'll be able to do things that are unthinkable and seemingly impossible to the person that sticks to the rules and theory, yet the Beatles broke many musical rules and now they are unmatchable

Talk about a dream that came true. God bless George.
"I was really happeee!"....... tears on my smiling face... :'))
From the top of of bus in the late '50s to top of the charts in 1970. What growth! Remarkable.
I like it when George is happy.
I always remember what George said in the anthology about taking on Ringo as drummer. He said that history would prove Ringo to be the right person, after all how can you top being the most successful group of all time? Ringo was the last number to confirm the jackpot.
George passed the audition! 👍🎸
My favorite Beatle, George Harrison :)
George never stopped being that child! I love you so much George!
0:47 George is so adorable oh my goodness ❤❤❤❤
Triple Angel Anne 💛
how can you not like George's smile at the end?
Backbeat may have taken some artistic license with early Beatles history but no movie about those early days does a better job of touching on the emotional connection between John Lennon and Paul McCartney .
It comes across as real and heartfelt.
Great film.
And a perfectly in-tune lead guitar. George. "You're in."
0:48 George's smile is so beautiful
"You say it's your birthday!?" YES, this is July 18th. I was 11 on Feb. 9, 1964 when the Fab Four entered our lives via the Ed Sullivan Show. My "home" was very abusive, but the uplifting Beatles tunes emanating from the radio (I, actually, had a crystal set) saved my heart & soul. THANK YOU JOHN, PAUL, GEORGE & RINGO!!
God bless George and John !
we all love you george really.. forever.. thanks for all
ironic that george was the last beatle i found out about and hes my favorite out of all of them
Google "irony"
You have made millions happy and continue to do so.
Wow, you blended the cuts from the anthology and Nowhere Boy really well. Nice job!!! =)
George Harrison had 1 great friend in Paul McCartney. That a blessing.
Wished i was a fly on that wall on the bus when George played his guitar for John the very first time.
I wish I was a booger on the seat.
I wish i was that bus so I could go to the journey with them to Antarctica and never let them go
