Wood Shed

  • After settling into my house, it became apparent that I needed a woodshed that is taller and sturdier than what already existed on the property. I also had the opportunity to put the new woodshed in a location that is more convenient for bringing firewood inside the house.
This was recorded on a Nikon D90, so the quality isn't up to snuff, but it's the first project I completed on video from start to finish so it's worth overlooking the polish the video is lacking.
After this video was completed, it became apparent that I wanted to record all my future projects. For posterity, for reference, for entertainment. I look forward to making, creating, inventing and sharing everything as I go.

Nice job. I need to figure out how to raise my shed. It's sunk a bit and water is seeping into the floor. I need to fix it before it rots. Any suggestions?

Sharp looking shed! All the weight of the firewood will be supported only by those steel bolts, am I right? Won't they break? I'm a novice, genuinely don't know.

Your videos are great! Fantastic workmanship. Outstanding camerawork, setup, and editing to boot! Where does one create the time?
This video of yours however made me laugh... the narrative of cutting down the shrubs, then digging, followed by building a massive outdoor structure, and then seeing it being used to place one stump... the story line was funny hahaha.
Put some solar panels on that roof and hang a dartboard on the side and call it good. Great job.

Very nice. A bit over engineered for a wood storage area, but very nice nonetheless.
