This video by Harish is very detailed and well made. He is knowledgeable and educated on the process. Yet, does a great job of explaining....so that even "newbies" can do this. Only wish I could hire him to work at our business. We need more people on youtube like Harish.

I have try to export emails from cpanel but i can't export if the emails in the mailbox is too big. Is there any advice or solutions for me to export all emails from the mailbox? It stucked and loading non-stop

How about for the bigger size folder?. It' can not do backup process (the size about +-30 MB). Can you help me? Or can I compress or zip the backup file?

Well bluehost can help you in that case. Else you must be able to access file manager via cpanel of your new hosting account. In the home Directory, you will find a folder "mail". You need to replace data within "mail" folder of new with older one that is on your older hosting. If you already have new emails on new hosting then use to generate export file and after replacing new "mail" folder data, Use webmail interface and import new emails as well.

My problem is that I have access to the cPannel/IMAP of the new blue host account. But do not have access to the cPanlle/IMAP of the former hosting account on A2. The previous host just sent me a dbox file backup of all the email data in a zip folder. I need to get those emails extracted from the zip folder and imported into the new email boxes I have created on the new server. I have created the email accounts inside the home directory of the new domain account. I have also uploaded the zip folder to the mail directory, while i was on the phone with a blue host tech representative. Because that is what they told me to do. That's where it currently is. They told me that is what I needed to do. that's what I did. Now they are telling me it won't work. They now say they will migrate all the old emails from the old host, for $99 but I would need the cpannel/IMAP acces to do it. Grrrrr.... So in short, I need to extract the emails from the zip folder (docecot/dbox) and import them into the new email boxes.
Can anyone help me? I have a bunch of folders that I have it from my email on , but now I transfer to Microsoft 365 and create email with same domain .. so now I want to upload my messages from my old email to the new
