    Thank you!! There are so many cute tops but they are so low cut. so happy I found a way to fix it. Wearing tube tops underneath sometimes ruins the outfit.

    That is really amazing and very much improved. I wish designers would quit making frontless tops and dresses. It's very hard to make them look modest when there's no front material to speak-of.

    Thank you so much for this vido ! I have a dress with a really deep V neckline and I was desperate to find a way to fix it. However, as I have never sewn, I was worried to ruin the dress. The fact that you clearly show the type of stiches and that the video is in real time is so helpful to me. Most videos lose me after only a few seconds yet I found your explanation to be very clear ,so thank you a lot !

    Thanks for the video! Do you think I can do this on my plunge v neckline dress as well??

    • @sairascreations333
      @sairascreations333  2 года назад +1

      Thank you for feedback.
      For plunge v neck you need back matching fabric patch to cover from center patch will be in trangel shape 🔻 . But if you have center seam from v neck to bust. You might can use same method. But then it could effect on your dress fitting. I hope this might help.

    How can I do it in a deep round neckline? Thanks

  • @sofiaseguraromero6988
    @sofiaseguraromero6988 3 года назад +3

    Will this method affect the tightness of the fit of the dress around the bust area?

    • @sairascreations333
      @sairascreations333  3 года назад +7

      Yes it will definitely since we are closing the opening fabric, its also depends how much deep length of the opening. My client didn't have much tightness after as shap of V Neckline also Strachey fabric.
      You can always pin up first, try it on, check out how's it feels, then get done that project. I hope that might help. #SairasCreations

    How about tightening the neck of a knit dress that has gotten loose through wear & cleaning? Do you have a video on that or can I use this same method to tighten it in the front?

    • @sairascreations333
      @sairascreations333  2 года назад +1

      Absolutely you can fix it, not sure if it's have V neckline or other? Since this project is hand stitch you can give it a try, if not works remove the stitches, you can also take in from shoulder with narrow Angle stitch if you just need little neckline close. I guess I don't have vision with Knit dress, but I will remember next time if I got that project work on. I hope this help.

    • @georgiaarmstrong6606
      @georgiaarmstrong6606 2 года назад +1

      Thanks, tried to send pic. It’s just a loose neckline like in a t-shirt. Just want to tighten it back, as rest of dress is great. I saw a video on using clear elastic thread and feed it through like putting the cord back into a hoodie. I’ll try it, and possibly darts in the shoulder. Thanks much, your tutorial showed me how to giv my v-necks👍🏾😁

    I,have heavy long frock and its neck is to deep how can I set it

    • @sairascreations333
      @sairascreations333  3 года назад +2

      Hi Kamakshi ,there's couple ways you can do,
      #1 you can make 2 strings(doriz) on both sides of neck where shoulders stitches are, or put them where you want you neck line stay on your shoulder, tie them on back of neck which help if that the issue with heavy dress,
      2# if it's v deep neck line you can always add extra net fabric, or decorative patch under, without look like part of the dress or design. If you see my recently vide0 I have share how to fix zipper on a dress, the dress I'm wearing have deep neck link, it's round neckline but also have a small V cut in center, you can see how I have cover up. I hope that might help, check on my Instagram I have posted many pictures of those kind a projects that might give you some idea. 💜 #SairasCreations

    Can I also do this in spaghetti sleeve dress?

    • @sairascreations333
      @sairascreations333  3 года назад +2

      Yes absolutely you can give it try if it's a V neckline.
      But if you have spaghetti sleeves you easily can take in from shoulder and reduce the size of neckline. I hope that help. #SairasCreations

    I wouldn't "fix" a thing. Put it on and be proud. If you want a higher neckline, get a different dress.
