Corvette Mike unfortunately I don't. He sold it while living in Albuquerque, New Mexico.I was 2 years old at the time. I do have a picture of it. Not sure if the title would still have his name on it???? Long shot, I know.,,
+Ernesto Chamorro C the assembly line, and the manufactures back in 1969 were not what they are today. It was common to have fit and finish different on every car coming off the line.
I'm going for my very first Corvette, so I will start looking for a 74 and later. The 25th Anni or the Pace Car are quite affordable, although they have a small block. Can you provide me some hints for buying the first Corvette?
BloodnetPommfriedel Most of the people we sell older vets to are looking for something that will go up in the future, so for these people, I recommend chrome bumper cars, as these are the years that have been consistent in valuations. There are exceptions to these of course, like the 1978 Pace Car and the C4 ZR1's. If you are just looking for a fun driver though, there is nothing wrong with the plastic bumper cars.
@@corvettemike hi have you got any history on another like 1969 early with org 427 I think he said 'z' something... Thin bumper and most beautifully shaped. It was in a commercial he heard
The 69 Vette is just beautiful, maybe the best looking Vette ever
Can't be better than this!! 427 with 4 speed, beautiful color and factory side pipes!! NICE!!!
You should see it in person. This is a real stunner! And to boot, it drivers as good as it look!
Well said. One day I will add one of these as well to my garage.
More beautiful than the C2 by a large margin.
absolute music coming from that exhaust!
Gotta love the 1 year only factory side pipes. She is gorgeous CM. A 69 427 is the only year C3 I ever wanted.
my dream car. Engine, trans & paint all exactly what I want. although truth be told want a convertible.
This car looks like it should be worth a half of a million dollars.. Hands down and that's the truth.
ANY-1 THAT WOOD PAY ANY WHERE NEEER THAT IS SIMPLY THROWING $$$ AWAY...NO WAY WORTH IT!!
@@scottbarker9058 okay you want a cookie?
Sorry Bud. No Corvette is worth a half million.
Clean interior people take note wow perfect
Beautiful. No stupid rack on the back. Hate those things.
Sweet car. Really diggin' the color. Don't see very many gold corvettes
1 sweet ride going to his new owner
Missing the data plate on the center console. (Lists engine size, horse power, compression ratio, and pounds foot torque.)
My God that sounds amazing!
Yep, side pipes on a shark is awesome!
A beautiful thing
My first car was the 1969 Chevrolet Corvette gold.
You always remember your first. That was a nice car to get as a first car!
the lens distorts the lines of the car
Dream car
Beautiful car, but rhose perfect body lines are lost through a fisheye lens,
I agree and we have bought new camera to get rid of this issue.
My father had one just like this back in '74. I would love to find out if this is the same car.
Do you have the VIN of your fathers old car?

I don't think we had owner history on this car :( It is going to be very hard to find and confirm the car without a VIN :( I wish I had better news.
Corvette Mike not a problem...kinda thinking out loud...beautiful car regardless
Man, I had exact same car in 74. Mine had both tops n same color side pipes n all. Small world. I was 18 n lived in NC
those bumpers where refitted correct ? My original 69 has minor gaps

+Corvette Mike good to know !! Beautiful car !! Ill post a video of my in a couple days
Is the C3 still available?
BloodnetPommfriedel Sorry, but it sold 2 weeks ago.
I expect, it was much too expensive for my actual C3 plans.....
BloodnetPommfriedel We had it listed at $79,900 and it sold for a lot less.

How much did this car sell for?
+Battlefront390X I do not have the exact amount, but we were asking close to $80k and got close to that when we sold it.
Is this Corvette Mike out of New England? If so, they were the biggest game in town!
This car was at the Anaheim, CA store. Yes, the New England store is nice.
