Patients should not attempt to self-administer unless they have been taught how by their healthcare provider.
•CINRYZE can be administered intravenously every 3 or 4 days
•CINRYZE is administered at an injection rate of 1 mL per minute
•CINRYZE should not be frozen, and it should be stored in its original carton to protect the active ingredient from light
•Once reconstituted, the solution must be used within 3 hours
•As supplied, CINRYZE is stable for 18 months at 2°C--25°C
(36°F --77°F); check the expiration date prior to reconstitution
