Sir mai ek MNC bpo mei offer lia tha 2020 .........2 weeks training attend kia......maine proper resign karke chora......wo log mujhe relieving letter dia hai......lekin mai us exp ko dikhana nehi chahata .....because it is out of my domain.........Mujhe daar lag raha hai yeh exp show karne mai because only 2 weeks I have worked they will question on my ethics........Maine medical issue de kar resign kia tha........But it was not .......I was resigned because I want prepare for govt job to be honest and I have proof that......but agar mai govt job prep bolta mujhe terminate kar dete....isiliye medical reason dia.........Kya mai new company mei yeh exp nehi dikha sakta hu?.......Note They have generated my UAN number but I dont know pf is generated or not.........they paid me 2 weeks salary and full and final settlement was done......and they gave me relieving letter cum experience..........I dont know what to do.......I am feeling very depressed ....please help me
Dont be depressed. Its ok waise bhi 2 weeks experience doesn’t matter. Just tell them that u have worked and then left due to medical reasons. Its good tht u didnt abscond, thn there wud have been problem. Dont overthink. Just tell them. I m sure it wont matter much
You are wrong sir... Some companies disclose the domain also... If your domain in experience letter is wrong, you will get terminated... 👍👍

The question that I want to ask you ,I am having 10th from CBSE with aggregate of 10 CGPA and I am having 12th from Bihar Board with marks 287 out 500 from Bihar board which is equivalent to 6.04 CGPA or 57.4%. Should I UPLOAD this company or not because i think I will be rejected by this company because if you take percentageof it.

As far as i know generally companies credit score check nahi karti. However it is exceptional in ur company. Ur report dosnt hv anything questionable, just pointing tht there is name discrepancy, which is not bigger deal. So unless ur company asks for clarification, no need to worry. If they ask it, then u just need to make changes, but nothing much to worry

Sir, maine HCL bpo se abscond kiya tha after training(in 3 months) in oct 2015. Ab 6 years ke baad maine interviews diye HCL Tech mein and offer bhi mil gaya. BGV ke liye maine HCL ka purana experience nahi diya. Ab agar main HCL join karu to mjhe kya problems aa sakti hai?

My query is if reporting manager has made a spelling mistake in background verification form while providing name of past employee to new employer . As per experience letter, offer letter name spelling is different. Will the job offer be cancelled due to mistake in name spelling after scrutiny of the documents?
Also on offer letter of a new company it is mentioned that if after scrutiny of documents any discrepancy found in details then job offer will be straight away cancelled. Reporting manager is reluctant to accept his mistake in name spelling. Will the job offer be lost in such case? Also should joining such a company be avoided if that company is in different city & possibility of job offer getting cancelled is there due to name spelling provided by old reporting manager not matching with the offer letter & experience letter ?

Do they ask contact reference of all the companies we ever worked in the past?
When I joined my current company, which is an IT firm but not MNC, I submitted contacts of only last two companies out of 6 companies I worked so far. And the verification was successful bcz I provided geniune data on joining, designation, and departure. However when it comes to Accenture, Deloitte and other such tech giants, will they ask references of all the 6 or 7 companies or only last two companies?
I'm asking this bcz I often fake my duration details and also merge experiences to hide frequent switches so will it even matter? Please help

If the name of the absconded company is their in your service history UAN than you are required to provide relieving letter or any other employment proof. If the company name is not mentioned in your UAN you are safe
