( AMDRSServ.exe ) running in the background turning on and off. if you watch Task Manager for a while you will see it popping on and off in different locations. You cannot turn off , delete or rename this file once the Radeon application has started. Even after you shut the app down.

Dec 2021. After two years of experimenting with the same problem with the stuttering mouse in every Adrenaline Update but the original drivers on my Dell 7775 with an RX580 Graphic Card, here it is what worked for me. Flawlessly! I tried everything, I thought the culprit might be dual displays (I see some people going that path), but the fault was HDCP setting. Just install Adrenaline with the option to clear all the older drivers, give it time (THIS IS IMPORTANT), mine took almost half an hour to install (a few blank screens almost got me impatient), an auto restart, then I disabled HDCP on both monitors (if you can't find it in newer versions of Adrenaline, just do a search within the application "HDCP" and you can turn it off), then restarted again and voila! It worked. Now I can play Call of Duty Vanguard (which I couldn't before because of old drivers).

i cant believe amd has not solved this issue but you have!!! this solved my problem! i am using win10 with amd r9 270x with latest 21 drivers and for the last few days my mouse/ keyboard / browser / windows explorer / entire os system are lagging / freezing i wanted to die and this solution saved my life!!!! I have this same issue, it's an amd board with a 3950x but I have an Nvidia card... and my mouse is lags so bad, Have tried every fix video on youtube with no luck! Lag started lastnight after windows update 20h2 update and nothing fixes it...

Not working for me, still mouse and Keyboard got stuck. The only option i found is disabling the device but then audio won't work over HDMI 😒😒 I'm fed up of this issue 😭😭😭
There is one way you can resolve this issue under one condition. If you are not expecting High configured gaming set-up please download the old version the driver. I don't know which version of device you use If you can tell me I May help you out
