I’ve got a tiny Bialetti expresso pot that I put on my stove. They come in a wide range of sizes from one cup to 10 or more. Light weight aluminum or stainless steel. You are probably carrying a small stove anyway. Simple is best.
Sorry for slow reply, I’ve also got a Moka pot and love it for the simplicity and been using it for years..mine is just the small one cup version and it’s appeared many times in camping videos and I’m sure will again at some point 👍🏻
My VonShef stovetop Moka pot cost £15, I'd do a weeks worth of camping with the difference :) Plus overseas returns are a ball ache. I do want one but it falls short of being a justifiable purchase. Great product though.
@@S.p.a.c.e.C.o.w.b.o.y yes, I’ve got a Moka and love that too! I’m same as you wouldn’t probably spend that much but now I’m hooked on it.. will see longer term how it goes 👍🏻
Looks interesting. Personally I am a big fan of my Wacaco Pipamoka (filter brew coffee system, incl excellent thermo mug) and Wacaco Minipresso (with capsules). You’ll need boiling water though, but the devices are much smaller, and more economical.
@@dennisgeerling I’ve been simply using quality coffee bags of late but have various set ups including a small Moka pot and if I hadn’t been given this to test probably wouldn’t have even thought of one but have to say having used it the coffee is genuinely as good as any fancy coffee shop, but maybe some trips I’ll just slum it with coffee bags sometimes 😂
Sorry but If you are taking a £145 Expresso coffee gizmo on a Motorcycle camping trip You could be using up valuable space for your foot massager or "Nano" chocolate fountain.. Et Al...
@@GeordiLaForgery it’s very good and I like my coffee strong with proper crema 😊 Bit of a mix really, hard plastic largely but some stainless steel on inside of ground coffee filter basket and some in capsule adapter.. the water tank is stainless interior other than that plastic.. guess there’s weight saving and it feels quality! Coincidentally I’ve been sent another similar portable espresso maker from a different company and I’ll give that a review soon but off to New York this week so probably review in about 3 weeks time. Thanks for watching and i appreciate the support 👍🏻
@@GeordiLaForgery nice break from RUclips and Camping.. well apart from doing one review of a Victorinox product at the airport, appropriately it’s called the Jetsetter!

That's a very impressive piece of engineering. That's more money you've cost me 💸
@@TheDervMan very impressive bit of kit, just as useful at home.... though it sounds I’m really not good for your wealth 😂
@@thecampingbiker791 you're going to cost me a fortune at this rate 🤣💲💲💲

@@barrydaly7174 now there’s an idea… Christmas is coming and who doesn’t like a hot chocolate 😋 😂
The crema and coffee look excellent. Are those inner parts (capsule basket etc) that hold the coffee all plastic?
