Key pairing for the Tesla Model X

Loki diagnostic tool with activated plugin allows to pairing one or more keys to the vehicle in 5 minutes.
To pairing a key for a Tesla Model X used a LOKI tool, an LC003-CX cable, a blank key (or several) and a BLE dongle with an activated plugin are used.
Key pairing process:
1. Connect the Loki tool to the vehicle, the program will automatically read the list of keys from the car.

3. Perform the provisionion procedure which will write vehicle data into the kefob.
4. Perform the pairing procedure which will bind the new keyfob to the car.
5. Restart car.

Do all vehicles use a ble dongle for communication?
Mine is 315mhz. Is that still over Bluetooth?
