My favourite saying from my Irish father ' If you do not agree with someone , walk a mile in their shoes ...and if you still disagree with them , it does not matter , because you're a mile away and have nicked their shoes '.....wise, wise words .

All the quotes are simply beautiful in words and rich in thoughts. I, an Indian woman is surprised see that many of these are found in Indian languages with very small differences in words with ideas intact. Doesn't it mean that we, humans have gone through similar experiences in life and doesn't it make all of us similar all over the world?
