THIS IS SO GOOD. I love the interaction between the characters and the environment and how it tells the story! Really nicely done! I also adore the little bits of foreshadowing that are woven into this animatic! Like, Richie almost falls down the stairs, the chair breaking under Grace just showing how unstable the place really is (also Grace telling Richie "he will kill you"😂). This animatic connects what happens on stage with the flow of the plot really nicely, great job!!
I actually prefer this to the live musical version, because the kids look like KIDS. They're so squidgy-looking, and I love how innocent and playful they are as they plan the prank. It makes what happens afterwards seem much more horrifying.

Richie almost falling down the stairs & Ruth catching him. Foreshadowing part 1. The chair breaking when Grace stands on it. Foreshadowing, part 2. The poses! So cute, dynamic, and unique. “He will KILL you.” FORSHADOWING PART THREE. The way you made them seem like childhood friends, like they’ve known each other for years. Overall, so good

Also no clue if it was intentional or not, but I like the part around 2:16 where Richie's is goofing around with Pete and pretending to be scared of the ghost because Foreshadowing. Especially the positioning with Pete standing up over Richie and being playfully intimidating, and Richie on his knees pretending to beg... might just be a coincidence, but feels like you could have done it on purpose lol and I love it

Dude I love the way that Richie’s character is stylized here especially giving him slightly dyed blue hair. In my opinion he is the kinda guy who would dye his hair and it helps with the nerdy kinda feel since people with dyed hair are often stereotyped. I love the way all of them are drawn. They actually look like teenagers which is pretty cool considering that not a lotta people actually draw the characters looking like teens. The detail you added was also great, made me enjoy them more as a group than the musical with all the extra details.
