I heard a guy do an octave higher effect on his alto or baritone saxaphone, and I was standing right in front of him while he was on stage, and I could hear his horn's natural sound, but then the much louder octave higher sound coming from the PA and monitor speakers. It was cool. And weird too.

1:16 when the second trumpet almost puts his trumpet down on the wrong stand, and barely makes that mellophone entrance! You can tell it's a short switch when he's playing the whole A' section one-handed 😅

I'm not gonna lie, sometimes most of Cory's work blends together in my mind and its very hard for one of his songs to stand out in my mind. There's a lot of them that do, and this one's definitely one of them. Everyone's in the top of their game and Dave just elevates it to another level. The horns just sound out of this world, and the distortion and delays on the solos are a mixing stroke of genious. The way the song builds up so well after the solos and then completely stops... with that snare hit to bring it back in. Spectacular. Those triplets in the hihat groove are amazing, I wish the drums were a bit more high in the mix, but it's just so good anyway. Wow.

Just a helpful correction, those aren't triplets on the hi-hat, it's an 8th and 2 16th notes :-)
