I have around 14 rosaries from Rugged Rosary, including 5 of the WWI Rosaries (all with different crucifixes and two different metals), about 3 "pre-set" rosaries from the paracord (both in plastic and metal beads) and 6 "custom" made rosaries including both all metal and a combination of metal/plastic beads with paracord. I have these up on my inner closet door to be like the "batman" belt to choose which weapon I will need for the day (depending on the day of the week, feast day and what I'm wearing like a suite for work or jeans). I have found I am daily praying the rosary around 3x's, the Divine Mercy Chaplet at least once and then the Jesus Prayer at least once. These rosaries are versatile and awesome to pray on. I have given several away as gifts as well. Yes, I have spent much money at Rugged Rosary, but as the Catholic Gentleman explains, God is with you! If a family member, friend or even myself pray the rosary just one more time then the money is worth it and I'm confident God will provide you more graces for giving them away as gifts. We are in a spiritual battle and I would recommend not only praying the rosary daily but ordering a rosary from Rugged Rosaries to be a lifelong companion in your daily spiritual fight with Jesus, Mary and the Saints at your side. I have a combat rosary from roman catholic geat. And loving it! Very pocket friendly. I am praying the rosary everyday too. And i trust my life to the lord and mama mary, and it gives me peace of mind and comfort in life

Though I’m a woman I’m going to order one of these exact Rosaries. I have quite a few Rosaries, but some have smaller 6mm beads, some there’s not enough spacing between the beads, some of my Rosaries the color has rubbed off from the beads, and all of them are the traditional wire and chain Rosaries and they aren’t real strong. I really want a rugged Rosary and I’ve seen several online, but the gentleman’s look like they will hold up for years and they look strong. It’s only 4 days until Christmas (2018) and I went on the website that sells the Gentlemen’s Rosary was sold out. There are other websites that sell similar ones like the Gentlemen’s but they are the Gentlemen’s, so I must be patient. Thank you for your video!
I learned about the combat Rosary and the Gentlemen’s Rosary from Gabi from a video he has on RUclips. Last year I got my husband the combat Rosary for Christmas (not because he’s retired Air Force, but I liked how they looked) and I was hoping it would inspire him to start praying the Rosary (even though he’s not Catholic). His face lit up when opened his present and saw the Rosary but he has yet to pray it. Gabi is wonderful about explaining the Rosary and the Hail Mary prayer and it’s importance against Satan. I’m very happy about your devotion to praying the Rosary and your marriage being saved. I wish you many many many years of marriage. God bless you and your family.

@Pedro Ivan Sanchez the rosaries come from ruggedrosaries.com...most rosaries that are paracord with metal beads off of their website are $40.00 USD. Rosary is a beautiful prayer, it is basically meditating on Bible stories.

These are my favorite rosaries
I have the same rosary and love it too. I wish the first three Hail Mary beads were easier to slide, but the dual strands of paracord keep that from happening. Rugged Rosary is a great company.
It’s five years old now with nearly daily use and it still as strong as the day I got it. A little bit of fading on the beads, but it adds flare. My son wants his rosary to have a “worn out look” like mine. Gets him to pray with his beads every night before bed.

I was similar to you in some ways I was a cradle Catholic and fell away for 20 years and then 3 years ago the faith hit me hard to return. Now I cant gwt enough of it. Have you ever seen Mark Mallett and Daniel OConnors webcasts? Esp about the timelines of the book of Revelation and the Illumination of conscience? Its very interesting

I pray the anglican rosary and I made a similar rosary. The metal beads are a lot better in my opinion so that you won't feel down reaching in your pocket and finding splintered wood beads in the bottom.

Hi! We have been told by the manufacturer of the crucifix that it is Mud from Roman Catacombs. They mix it with a type of glue before filling the little relic cavity.

I got the battle beads and they have been very sturdy for a couple of years. I love my heirloom Rosary, but it isn't durable. It doesn't leave my nightstand. I use RR for mobile prayers.

I havent had problems with my knights rosary, but i do have an entire armory of rosarys though one of which is a ranger rosary
What is the weight of the metal bead rosary / and the weight of the plastic bead rosary? Also what is the length of the metal bead rosary / the plastic bead rosary? The beads look like they are tightly packed on the cord - I like space between the beads so you use them sort of like an abacus - the beads move (I don't mean they are tight on the cord, I mean is there space between the beads (even the Our Father beads). Thank you!

Really good review on a very cool Rosary, I have 14 Rosaries and am considering a Rugged Rosary for my spiritual armory, how many Rosaries do you have?
I have 3 that I use (the ones in the video and a one decade Paraclete wrist rosary) and have an unused knights of Columbus one ( I got tired of breaking them)a wooden one, a Lourdes one, and a blue one I got off of EWTN a few years back...I have a lot of plastic ones I pick up in churches on my route if they are leaving them out for the taking and keep about ten or so of them to hand out to people. Thanks for the comment! There is a rosary movie coming out in April called “power in my hands” there is a website advertising it.

I feel so silly. I didnt know about the holy mud in mine. I poked it with a toothpick and found it is soft and flaked out. I am afraid of the mud wearing iut now. Its funny because I didnt know it was there a minute ago.
PS when it flaked out I rubbed it on my skin and tried to bless myself, what else could I do? Lol, anyway dont poke your relic woth a stick like a child, like I did.

Why does it charge you for shipping when you order a rosary on the website when it says free shipping over the price $60 I believe?
at the time I made this video, it was free shipping $50.00 or more...they changed it to $60.00 or more currently (2021 for all reading this in the future)...I have never been charged for shipping when fulfilling the pricing. I don't know what happened, are you in the United States?

darvit15 as a personal preference, I would say no...just the name of it is catholic gentleman...however, there are other rosaries on their website for the same price and quality...I got my nieces the “living waters rosary” off their website. It looks a bit more feminine.

Can you carry it comfortably in your pocket?
It's a bit large for a pocket, but it doesn't get tangled...on the rugged rosaries website, I bought the belt attachment that has a velcro strap. It is like an extra pocket that attaches to your belt and you can store the rosary in there and then seal it shut with the velcro.
What's a good way of cleaning these rosaries? Presumably the paracord must absorb oil and moisture which, over months and years, must get fairly dank and smelly. Any tips?
Laura Meszaros I made a follow up video on my channel recently on using this for two years of nearly every day use...I have had no greasiness or smelliness, I have never had to clean this rosary, it just shows some signs of wear. I don't see the INSCRIPTION on the Cross I N R I ( which is very important). Don't understand why they call it- REVOLUTIONARY Rosary ( Revolution is not CATHOLIC idea, but communistic).

Wil liam plus, what you said put me in a deep research mode in 2011...in research and lots and lots and lots of it, what you said has been debunked literally for hundreds of years. The rosary as stated in the video is like a bible on a string. The word “rosary” is not in the Bible, but the Bible is most certainly in the rosary. God bless you, and Happy Easter to you!
