I just want to say thank you so much for this content. This combined with a podcast my church does has helped me grow as a leader IMMENSELY. I just had to make a series of difficult decisions over the last month or so and this content (at the time part 1 and the bonus episode) was on my mind and really helped me navigate through all of that. I also saw my own decision making style in action and realized I had transitioned from one style to another due to our team growth and having more people to delegate to now. Thank you for sowing into the lives of leaders everywhere, may the Lord abundantly bless the many seeds of knowledge and encouragement sown!

He’s an Iraq war vet, infantry division for 13 yrs and I lost my mom to cancer and my sister to addiction within a few months of each other last year and it brought me to your church and closer to god.
