I just want to say thank you so much for this content. This combined with a podcast my church does has helped me grow as a leader IMMENSELY. I just had to make a series of difficult decisions over the last month or so and this content (at the time part 1 and the bonus episode) was on my mind and really helped me navigate through all of that. I also saw my own decision making style in action and realized I had transitioned from one style to another due to our team growth and having more people to delegate to now. Craig god bless you and your family. I attend the Midwest city campus. Please marry my fiancé and I. He’s an Iraq war vet, infantry division for 13 yrs and I lost my mom to cancer and my sister to addiction within a few months of each other last year and it brought me to your church and closer to god. After 24 years, we reconnected with each other and would be honored to have you marry us. There isn’t anyone coming so it would only take about 10 mins and any house of god would be fine. Any day or time that’s best for you works for us. My fiancé and I would be so grateful if you could marry us and feel it would be a gift from god in itself. God bless and take care everyone!
