The fourth habit is so good, as a former YL staff person we came up with a catchy phrase for "you-first leadership". When we see others we think and act like: "There YOU are" - and not "Here I am".

I am training myself to get up in the morning with intention.. “If I spend one hour less in bed.. that is one additional hour per day.. that is 365 hours a year.. and if a normal workday is eight hours that is equivalent 45 extra work days a year.. A month and a half of productivity” A month and a half more with my children.. and training on becoming a better leader..!
