In 95% times, the location is what sells a house inspite of the house being a complete joke! This is a beautiful house inspite of location, as long as there's amenities and future projects underway. And the house price is also good! A lot of people are still suffering because of rent because they won't settle for a good house because it's not in a boujie area where you'll be saying, "I live in Kaeen, or Lavington."🚮
