1954 Ford Customline body swap, to 1992 Subaru Legacy part 1

My budget build side project. Re bodying my Scooby Doo with a 54 Ford. I will be taking 13" of the center out of the Ford body when it's done. The Subaru has adjustable lift coil overs and I will keep the wench. My toys have to be able to run bad weather. I wanted to get further this weekend but I was rained out several times. This is two weekends of work so far. Only tacked and screwed until I have the rest of the body ready to go. Music by the Hellriders, I DO own the copyright to this music.

Yea, I wasn't happy with that plan. But hey, I don't know what I'm doing anyway, LOL! I can lay solid welds, but I'm not much of a sheet metal guy at all when it comes to what Ive seen out there. So its a learning experience to say the least. And a good excuse to hit the tool store.
