Just downloaded palera1n and got zebra, first time using it. Was a long time cydia user. However when i open repo, theres 0 packages and i tried to refresh. Nothing shows up

Whenever i tried to install the iAP rootless tweak on my rootless jailbroken iPad mini 4 it says "AH4Ma iAP Rootless has issues that cannot be resolved: preferenceloader" how do i fix this?
