It's often restaurants where the filming takes place, I doubt that any of these places would like to disclose the ratio, ingredientes or cooking procedures taken at their establishment.
If you need help if what these ingredients are even after you watched the video, then you really shouldn't be cooking.

why, in so many decades of existence, haven't I thought to sieve my scrambled eggs to get rid of the potential shells?
It also breaks down the eggs so they are more runny and less clumpy
It also help get rid of starch particles of your egg to make it much smoother and less clumpy too
also helps filter out bigger molecules to make the egg more smooth and less clumpy as well

More like a diner food to me. Street food is more like quick and on the go, served specially from a food cart.

you can do that yourself at home, the only impressive part is the rice but randomly stiring would probably be fine enough. The product are cheap and some steps are imho unhealthy, the meat cooking was extremly unhealthy

Umm but it's very easy lol. This is a very simple meal. But I wouldn't recommend it. Steaks should never be cooked in butter and those eggs are still raw. Eating raw eggs can make u sick and they also can carry a lot of bacteria.
