I think there's a lot more you can get away with when it comes to builds ever since RPG/Dome Shield nerfs. Charge n Slam is always going to be my specialization, I don't run RPG with MGL anymore (other heavy weapons I still do it with), so I usually run Barricade, Pyro Mine, and either C4 or Lockbolt. Barricade placing quicker and being able to use it to climb stuff I think is better than dome in it's current abilities. Lockbolt is nice not just for keeping enemies closer, but if there's a good amount of lights it's nice to use lockbolt and you can see where they are when they're invis
Nope, but hitting them counts as one of the bounces, so direct impacting will cause it to explode when it lands or if u bankshot it into them it'll explode on impact.

S1 it was a lot better when you could throw a C4 or Explosive Mine and insta detonate it with the gl before they made it so those need to prime for a few seconds before doing a lot of damage. Dome shield nerf also didn’t help although it needed to be nerfed.
