She's faster than a lot of characters with her unique dash/dodge

Edit: My bad turns out everyone who has a melee weapon that can deflect bullets does deflect them. Lighter is a special case since his ORAs deflect them not when he runs.

no the projectiles deflect is default for many close ranged character(include miyabi)
