I can attest to the quality of this boat! I was with Mike in some pretty big seas in this boat…. Not lying about being able to carry on a conversation without raising your voice at 50 mph in 4-6 foot seas! It is an absolute beast!! I’m used to having to hold on tight in other boats in those sea conditions….

You do one of the best reviews I've seen. I liked your last 2 boats and the reviews you did. The reason to go to this boat and size makes so much sense for what you do. Good luck on your new season, I'll be watching

Was so amazed stepping onto this boat atFLIBS!!! Even better to shoot the breeze with you about Keys fishing! Although I do own and love my Worldcat 325CC, I hope to own a bigger cat soon! See you on the water!

Mike congratulations on your new FISHING boat! We have been fishing on Cats for over 30 years in South Africa which has very rough sea’s and where we do a lot of beach launches. (90% market share). V hulls are for people who have not fished on a Cat 😊.

Ahem. Twenty years of hard work? Seriously? He fishes recreationally for a living, which in no way, shape, or form qualifies as hard work. Sorry.

You can use your engine trim to cause a cat to steer like a v hull. Lift the starboard aft to make a hard port turn, for instance, and she will dig in just like a v hull.

You can’t deny the he quality and performance of a SeaVee, great boats but a quad powered 41 CAT is simply a different animal altogether. Thanks for watching.

There is no cabin, no AC, no Anchor, no Seakeeper, no head, and no fish ice maker. This joker keeps talking about "comfort," but this boat doesn't even offer a Seakeeper! If you buy a boat for fishing offshore, the FIRST thing you want to include is a Seakeeper. Maybe YOU don't need it, but I guarantee that 95% of everyone else you take out on the boat will appreciate it. I guess I can't take my wife, kids, parents or grandparents or business partners on the boat because with this boat ONLY hard-core fisherman are allowed. Give me a break. If you want AC there's something wrong with you. Seriously?? What a JOKE!! The funniest part is when he said he could run the boat at 75mph in any conditions. Seriously? NO BOAT runs 75mph in 4-6's. And he keeps talking about the Mercurys. Well, guess what? ANY other boat builder that offers Mercurys (which is all of them) has the EXACT same features, so EVERYTING he's saying about the Mercury's are nothing special to THIS boat. And he acts like Sea Hunter is building boats better than everyone else. It's actually comical to listen to this. So Valhalla, Scout, Freeman, Invincible, Boston Whaler, Grady White, Sea Vee, Contender, Regulator, Bahamas etc. all suck at building boats? Give me a break. All of those brands build as good or, in fact, MUCH better boats than Sea Hunter. I love how the Cat guys like to talk about all the storage. Give me a break, that's AIR, which costs the builder NOTHING. They act like it's some high-dollar option. And who wants to get the feeling that they're about to get ejected from the boat when they're doing a turn. NO THANKS. I've seen barges that are better looking than these boats. They're just UGLY. Pretty much everything he says is BS. Now he's going off on the hardtop. Trust me, Valhalla and many other builders offer a much better hardtop than this boat offers. Also, this boat has NO option for a tower. NONE. Why? HOW do you put a tower on a CAT? You don't because when you turn, the tower will fall into the water!! Nothing he says about the tackle center, coolers, lighting, rod holders, rocket launchers, outriggers, and seating is special. That upper station is actually a joke. But again, they don't offer a tower because it's a CAT. The Furuno system is available on ANY boat, so again, it's nothing unique to this boat. Same with the transducers. He acts like it's a big deal, and it's not. The audio system is nothing special. This joker reminds me of a politician. He talks and talks and talks and actually says very little. How much is he being paid by Sea Hunter? My guess is quite a bit. Sorry, but I'm not sold in the least. I just watched a commercial and learned absolutely nothing except that I'll NEVER buy a Sea Hunter. I'LL NEVER BUY A CAT. NEVER. WAY TOO MANY NEGATIVES.

Thank you for taking the time. I’m sure the angling and boating world appreciate your point of view. However just to set the record straight, the 41 CTS is in fact available with a SeaKeeper, which does not have the same level of impact as on a v-hull so you’re assumption about my passengers expectations is incorrect, and the boat is available with a full tower, even one that doesnt “fall in the water during turns.” And if cold air blowing on your face is your definition of comfort while fishing, that could be arranged, too. Tight lines out there. The Joker.

@@FloridaSportFishing@FloridaSportFishing Yeah, you can get a Seakeeper, but they DO NOT work well on Cat, as you mentioned. So basically, they don't work, and YOUR boat is a lot LESS comfortable in rough seas than a v-hull WITH a Seakeeper. So all your talk about how "comfortable" the boat is goes out the window. See, I'm not just concerned about myself; I'm concerned about the comfort of my passengers, too, who are both very young and very old, male and female. Some of them are experienced anglers and most are not. And they appreciate a little AC when it's 95-100 degrees out and there's no wind. My female passengers also appreciate a private head when we're 10 miles out at sea. And yes, people reading all of this will appreciate my point of view since I'm not a paid shill. Sorry, but YOU DO NOT have the final say. Get used to it.
