I really had to come thank you for this. I’m 53 years old and I’ve watched numerous videos and still couldn’t corn roll. I can do it but backwards if that makes sense. I have alopecia and had found another channel dedicated to have full weave with alopecia but I needed to know how to corn roll braid hair into a frontal. Baby let me tell you - you helped me do it. I text my daughters last night and told them they wouldn’t believe it after all these years! I still need to keep practicing but I owe you so much. I’m crocheting my hair now for my vacation on Sunday to Jamaica. Thanks to you and the other brave lady that teaches women how to have a full head of hair even with alopecia- I will look and feel confident in my vacation. ❤❤❤

That depends on the texture of the hair. If your son's hair is loose and/or silky, it would be best to use an elastic.

How do you secure the braid knot when you reach the end of the twisting?

I don’t understand. My hands won’t let me grab the opposite strand of hair. When I braid I always grab the middle first. I get confused trying to grab the opposite end piece first

@IndyBindy Can you please make a how-to flat twist tutorial? I have watched numerous tutorials, and no one is truly explaining how to flat twist. They aren't showing how to move your fingers, how to properly do the movement and which hair goes where, etc. It's very frustrating.
