    • @dieteh
      @dieteh Год назад +9

      Well, it’s at the owners discretion. If the owner wants to pay for that type of deep clean then they can. My car isn’t molded but I don’t pay for carpet removal when I get it detailed.

    • @cglenn1457
      @cglenn1457 Год назад +12

      @@dieteh I get what you're saying and neither would I. My car is spotless. But if a disaster car comes into a successful RUclipsr's roster, you would think those RUclipsrs would go above and beyond. Not only for the sake of a great video that will earn them income, but also for the sake of the car and the actual client. MAD does these cars free for content, as many other detailers on RUclips do. No need to ask the client to pay for something that will advertise your skills, work ethic, and also will provide viewers a chance to see what your product line is capable of. Especially if you're claiming to be a perfectionist...

    Can we address the elephant in the room please? How did this car get this moldy in the first place? I've let cars sit for long periods of time and they never got this bad, unless there was a window or sunroof left open and it rained profusely. Did the owner give you a reason? Edit: that looks like an auction car...so probably no reason given.

This looks like it's been sitting with storm water in it for months, which is why the molding could be super bad.

    I am always amazed at how good these vehicles turnout. You do an amazing job. I do have some questions though. First is this a repossession vehicle? Second, how did all the water get into this vehicle? If it was a failure point did that area get repaired to keep this from happening again? I had a Honda Pilot that had a roof leak and I paid thousands of dollars paying repair shops to fix the leak and they never did. I was very frustrated until I finally got rid of the car.

    The US Outlander is called the 'ASX' in other countries and the real outlander is a 7 seater SUV that is still kind of crap, specifically in the gearbox department.
    That said, I had the opportunity to drive a used Mitsubishi Attrage (Mirage G4 sedan in US) and it lives up to its name of cheapest car. The only description I can give it is 'tin can on wheels'
    That said, it is a livable tin can on wheels. It has keyless entry, it has alloy wheels, it has bluetooth stereo and 'leather' wrapped steering wheel. They put the money in convenience features while left things like sound insulation, suspension and ride quality things out. the engine and gearbox are pretty reliable though.
