- Wrexham FC are expanding their Top Stand at The Racecourse Ground.
I am going to cover the development from this point but also wanted to get a good look at the Racecourse Ground by drone as I had not actually got it yet.

As a Coventry and Farnborough fan, it’s been hard to feel good about Wrexham.
But, I can’t help liking what is going on and wish them luck. A giant is awakening.

A +15k stadium 5 minutes walk from the city centre, next to the train station, loads of pubs. This is what football fans want, thanks for the update 👏

Great news for Wrexham & North Wales to see this happening. Hopefully it will allow Wales to play some games here again in the future - they always seemed to raise their game here from what I remember.

I'm a Wrexham fan. Heard rumours of possibly something happening with the Yale Stand at some point.
Back in the day when the stadium was originally built the Kop was just a shale bank and to make it bigger so they could get more fans on there the fans themselves brought spoil from the coal mines to make it higher
Great video as always. As a North Walian Evertonian, it's good to see them doing well. Hopefully Wales can bring an international game back to the racecourse with the new stand. Definitely should add the hashtags #Wrexham and #Welcome2Wrexham to the description to pick up extra viewers who follow the Disney+ series.

Hi Nick Great video and nice to see Wrexham getting some coverage. I watch the BMD video’s every week to keep up with progress. I live in Australia so don’t get to Goodison anymore but hopefully I can get one more visit in when I come back before the move. I was born and raised in Wrexham so are my boyhood club and spent many Saturday afternoons freezing in the Kop. Glad they are finally moving in the right direction and looking forward to you keeping us updated on this too.

Hi Nick. Great to see you covering the wrexham kop development . your BMD videos are by far the best. The way both teams are progressing they could end up playing in the same division by the time both developments are complete. Shef Wed/Sunderland prime examples. Also would miss you filming in your speedo's if the blues do get relegated . Your not getting away with that one now.
It use to be a great little club Wrexham, been many times hopefully they'll be in back in the league come the end of season and be a great club again, also great footage, keep the videos coming.
The Racecourse is a nice stadium, I do like the design of the main stand. It looks a lot different from the days when Wales played England there in the Home Internationals during the 1970's

There doesn’t seem to be pedestrian crossings on that road for people to cross to the stadium
If they get it finished fr first game in the Football league nxt season, game will probably be on Match of The Day! Especially as Rob n Ryan will no doubt be there with their own camaras! Christ, half of Hollywood will fly over for that amount of camaras about! Its Wales too... might as well have a red carpet premiere match pre match filming area like the Oscars!🤣

And the Racecourse Ground is the oldest international football stadium still in use anywhere in the world and the Turf pub was part of the stadium when it was built it has only become detached since they built the new stand on that side of the ground

I was sceptical at first with them being Yanks and maybe not understanding the culture of football and what it means to local communities. But I was totally wrong,they get it and they are fantastic owners.
