    Ingredients
    Beef / mutton / Nali (or goat meat) 35 kg
    Fresh spinach 80 kg
    Oil / Ghee 80
    Onions, 10 kg
    Tomatoes 15 kg
    Ginger 1 kg
    Garlic 1 kg
    Spices
    Salt 250 gram
    Red chilli Powder 100 gram
    Coriander Powder 150 gram
    Turmeric 100 gram
    Crushed chilli 150 gram
    Cinnamon 8 to 10
    Nutmeg 3 to 5
    mace 3 to 4
    *Instructions:*
    1. *Preparation:*
    Wash the bhindi thoroughly and dry it to avoid sliminess.
    Slice the onions and set aside.
    2. *Cooking:*
    Boiled spinach and grind them smoothly
    and cook beef with onion ,oil, and dry spices and yogurt cook well until meat has half tender
    after half done meat mix it with boiled and grinded spinach and cook again whenever water has much dried as you required then turn slow medium flame and sprinkle with ginger ,green Chilis ,or fresh parsley
    3. *Cooking Process:*
    cook on low flame and let the palak and beef cook about for 30 to 40 minutes
    *Final Touch:*
    Once done, taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
    *Serving:*
    Serve hot with roti, paratha, or rice.
    *Tips:*
    Avoid overcooking the bhindi to retain its texture.
    You can add tomatoes for a tangy flavor, if preferred.
