Brother we have various varieties of cuisine in our area of Moradabad (Amroha, Sambhal , Rampur and Moradabad). Moradabadi Biryani is very famous in india and everybody like to eat biryani Alhumdulillah they discussed very few cuisine we have a lot varieties to eat. You know every area has some unique cuisine but our cuisine is too much famous not only in Indian Sub continent but all over the world. But the most important thing is these nawabs were not good during British government they harassed the poor people used them just like slave. Still these nawab are taking some wrong decision which is not good for the muslims of this area.

But, he also said, Ghee should be made indigenously from 'Malai', collected from in house boiled milk. He didn't advise for any type of Ghee, available in the market, which is made by commercially processed butter. He (Dr. Sahab) has a big cancer research Center, that is also in U. P.

These are original Central Asian Aryans (who eventually took up the fine religion like any other) the Semitic-Islam. The Aryans were heavy meat-eaters even during the Hindu-Buddhist-Zoroastrian period. I was posted in Kashmir Valley. Genuine Kashmiris are pure Central Asian Aryans and the Hindu Kashmiris (the Brahmans-Pandits) consume even more meat than their Muslim brethren. Study Kashmiri epics and this tradition is an ancient one in Kashmir. In fact since India is a majority Aryan nation meat-consumption in certain regions and castes is extremely high. Lord Ram an Aryan was a great hunter and most Rishis and Saints squatted on animal skins. Pasanda is consumed heavily in Kashmir but it is usually fried lamb (dumba) meat. What I can understand the ancestry of Turkic origin colonizing tribes in Central Afghanistan. The food obviusly was meat based - we have to understand that in Persia there are many Turkic speaking tribes like Iranian Azeris - in later stages they spread over into Afghanistan. I believe they did nothing except erecting palaces grabbing lands showing arrogance and what not minus doing good for their people! Please pardon me for taking a blunt stance despite being an all out lover admirer and loyal of Urdu Muslim Tehzib in UP, Bihar,madhperdesh, Hyderabad deccan, Mysore and Bengal!
They have been systematically looted by the govts after the accessions of their jagirs into independent india. Most of them left the country and a few managed to live.

Few suggestions :- - Next time engage a professional Camera man. He's always keeping focus on the faces of participants instead of showing close up of the food which is being discussed. - Lady should look at the camera while addressing the viewers. - Pls tell this lady to eat with her right hand.

You know when you visit central Asia, you don't find such cuisine. These were all nomads and goat herders, they only cvilized themselves along the way and in India. These folks onky ate raw meat and camel milk, lived in tents and not is proper castles. Also Persians are not the sames as Turks. Persians had their own cultures and cuisine, Turks on the hand to civilized themselves when they came into contact with Persian cuture. So in reality, only Persian cuture us counted.
Yousafzai and Ghilzai are the two largest tribes of pashtoons. Larger part of Yousafzai moved to Kabul from Kandhar. In kabul after a quarrel with their brother gigyanis and the betray of shahrukh Mirza they moved to lamghan and from their towards bajawar and mountainous malakand agency later they occupied the eaatren Peshawar valley and in the later years under the sardar bhaku khan they conquered all the mountainous tracks from torghar, shangla upto upper kohistan these areas are the center of Yousafzai tribe now and remained a free land during the British raj. From here a lot of Yousafzai fled towards India, Punjab and Kashmir and established their Nawabis. Many Yousafzai of Indian Kashmir still speak Pashto and have retained their afghan traditions. Sanaullah yousafzai from a village near Srinagar is a famous Pashto poet and writer Ones who remained in Kandhar later spread all over Afghanistan. During hotaki dynasty many Yousafzai and ghilzai families were settled in Tabriz. Again during durrani dynasty some yousafzai clans settled in mashad and sistan all of them are now Irani nationals.
Such a shame! to see so much food for only one family on a daily basis !!! Feel like throwing up to see this much food. Do these people even know what is happening in Gaza, Palestine? Children are dying of hunger ...uff tauba.
This is not Indian food. This is combination of Afghani, Persian, Turkish, west Asian, central Asian food prepared with Indian ingredients.. this culinary culture was brought to India by Islamic invaders. Indians used to consume meat but it was cooked in Indian way… In Maharashtra we had self rule and every region had its own local way of preparing meat which is not influenced by West Asian / Afghani cuisine of invaders. Pls have Pandhra/ Tambda Rassa or Dhangari Mutton or Saoji chicken / Malvani mutton which are local Indian methods of cooking meat
Please visit restaurants outside India, you won't find any of these dishes in Middle Eastern, turkish, afghani, etc. restaurants . They have totally different spices, they are similar but not the same. Don't divide food, enjoy it.
