Love this!!! More combo workouts, please! This is perfect for the [home] gym too. Pop in the airpods and follow along. Can’t wait to see your next Karate Combat match!
I super appreciate your follow alongs. This one was a little tougher for me because not hearing the strikes made it harder for me to connect just watching. Good for the brain too though I guess. Or maybe it was because i dont normally do long combos, or because i only do the same basic ones. I guess all of the above.
High level combos🥊🥋 it was very fun to follow along. I like to switch between ortho and southpaw each time I throw the combo. Challenging keeping up with your speed and technique but very rewarding!!
Thanks again Champ for yet another great video, easily one of the best combat sports related channel out there, right up there with TeachMeGrappling. If you had a Patreon I would gladly contribute. I know you did a video on body conditioning, but I have a question, does body conditioning you immune to liver shots?
Usman Leon breakdown. First thing I thought was about how you said head only moves slightly off the cross hair and your roundhouse kick defense vid. I wanna know if you always gotta block for a kick when moving your head to the sides or how do you analyze this when you fight. Thanks
Great point about the elbow and hyperextension and tendinitis. I’m actually fighting that same problem right now, and will be starting a round of peptide treatment (bpc157) tomorrow to try to help with it. Curious your thoughts on these type things? I know where you stand on true PEDs. But how do you feel about therapeutics like peptides and (reasonable levels of) TRT
i'm currently unable to get formal training and am doing these workouts at home with th e goal of being in good fighting shape and having a good foundation already by the time I do actually get proper martial arts instruction. These vids have been helpful, but i'm having trouble with the lengthier combos. I want to get the cardio benefits but I don't want to sacrifice technique. I can't retain the longer combos and end up having to break a flow to rewind. Anybody have any tips on these longer combos? Aside from breaking them down into smaller sub combos. Thanks in advance
Bro you're always giving A + grade content.

Gabriel you should make a video on Leon Edward's Dutch kickboxing based striking.
Best info on youtube
Gabriel, you should do a breakdown of what makes Leon Edwards so good.
Can you do a edwards usman ko breakdown. Mostly for our pleasure
Asking the questions that need to be asked. Good man. I was just gonna going to ask this lol.
The jefe drops more gold
Combos are great. Wondering if you could teach fake out strikes. Example: Usman vs Edwards.
