we need more of these video's I am new but i can feel these pad work its nyce keep on bringing thes vidios its like Virtual Pad Work for me i take notes and box as well at least gives us 20 minutes of pad work again its session
i fortunate that all my early mittwork was w/ southpaws, but i also did a lot of group classes which always has southpaws in them too. Main tip: keep it simple stick to 1’s & 2’s & footwork til you feel comfortable & stand southpaw with them

I have two sons. We do 30 minutes shadow boxing once a week. I want to do a 30 minutes Mitt work with both of them at the same time. Have you thought about putting out a video training two boxers at the same time? Thank you

How good are you taking South Paws on the pads it all gets confused in my head any tips ?

I tend to struggle when combos get long
try pausing the video and going slower if you need to, the more you do them, the more comfortable you’ll get with them, keep practicing
