I’ve had quite a bit of fun with Yosenju in this event. I like this combination a lot.
The funniest thing to me is running Spooky Dogwood. It doesn’t actually do much but surprisingly people really don’t like to give you life points so it limits combos quite a bit.

I've played a ton with Umi control as i find it really fun with my tough matchups being ice barrier and ghoti but wind decks get shut down pretty easily although i'll probably play a speedroid deck as well as i have a royal rare of Terrortop, Cork shooter and rubber band shooter to use even though i've never played them before

Finally built Marincess since I have Zealantis and randomly Aqua Argonaut. It’s been fun learning the deck, after which I’m at about a 66% win rate.

The Ghoti loaner is nice because of how annoying Flooandereeze can be in this event, there are going to be people on Di-Fi and Macro due to a lack of Shifter, so being able to take advantage of that or even possibly run those cards can be pretty useful.
Speedroid unfotunately suffers both against Macro-like effect sand Empen, and while the discards from General Raiho aren't too bad with all its GY effects, Lancea floating into the Trishulas when outed is still pretty annoying.
And while the Ice Barrier loaner doesn't have the best card choices, it's done well enough for me to play into the mirror with, which is good enough for the event as far as I'm concerned, and going first I HAVE gotten hands that can set up multiple bosses like Gymr and Chengying to go with Lancea.
If there's any deck I think is scary to go up against though, it's Lyrilusc, those things have all kinds of annoying tricks like direct attacking and damage reflection that can just kill you in seconds if you aren't prepared to dral with them, and their Destruction/Battle Damage protection and potential to bounce a bunch of stuff can make playing into one if their boards just as annoying.

I’ve been playing floo, not by choice it’s the only wind/water deck I own don’t judge me. The deck is missing apex and dreaming town, so I’ve been playing simorgh of ancestry and stormy sea, which vanity’s that negates an inherent summon. Slapped in Jack in the hand and nobody understands the card, so it becomes search robina. The rest of the deck is 3 judgement, warning and strike + every relevant pot except desires with 3 book of moon to dodge imperm. It doesn’t care about lancea since it never special summons, ghoti is a joke of a deck and nobody has realised u can play dragunity or marincess.
