This is definitely one of my favorite Lego Star Wars sets. It's such a classic set, not too big but still looks absolutely clean and fantastic😄Thanks for this great review!!
I prefer the printed robes to the cape tbh. Vader and Mando have capes so it’s perfect for their figures but I don’t think it resembles robes all that well. Options are nice though.
I managed to get a discounted pre-order in bc the price dropped quickly to €23 on amazon Germany. Looking forward to the Kaminoan figure. I will scrap the ship for parts, as I already have a Delta-7. Basically I built a MOC someone else designed - they uploaded the instructions somewhere and I think it's pretty much perfect.
Regreatably gave a nephew my 2002 Obi-Wan's starfighter many years ago, so was happy when this came out. But does anyone else not bother with the stickers?
I received this a day before you uploaded strangely enough I only spent £13 on the set because of VIP points saved up I don't think I'll be opening the set I may just keep it closed for a while
I just finished my moc of this starfighter when the set got announced - It's really a nice set, but that still bothers me. And why do we always get Obiwan with a grim and a grimacing face? I desperately want a smiling one!
Set is meh. Picked it up with points. Hopefully a Jango ship is coming next year. When I get the shipment, I will mod this one into the Delta-7B to match Anakin's.
I actually like the printed robes a lot. They're really well done. Unfortunately the minifigure is ruined by the GARBAGE pseudo-hood-but-actually-a-shower-towel-piece. The Kaminoan also looks nice, although I have to agree with those who think a mini-doll would have actually translated better the Kaminoans. The ship build is pretty crap. Kind of a 4+ version of the previous version. For the price, this set isn't worth it to me. Better get the figures from BrickLink.
If you don't like the hood, just use hair And idk, the ship looks way better than 2017 version imo. Gaps are really annoying but ship itself looks good
I'm actually really glad they went with a minifigure. If they put a mini doll in a minifigure set, it wouldn't have felt right, it wouldn't have looked good, it wouldn't have meshed well, I don't think it would have been a good decision. I think the Kaminoan minifigure looks great!
@David Wow, you woke up ready to hate this set! Just kidding, but in case there's something else going on in your life, I just want you to know that Jesus loves you! But regarding the Obi-Wan Kenobi minifigure, I don't see how you think it could be ruined by an optional hood piece. You don't have to put it on, he comes with hair too! In fact, if they hadn't included the hood in the set, probably no one would have even noticed or cared, it was just something nice they added, and I'm glad they did! I think it looks a lot like how his hood looked in the movie. And if you really want, you can probably replace it with one of the regular brown hoods that many collectors (maybe you as well) have lying around. A mini doll in a minifigure set?! Is that even allowed?! 😄 But I have to agree with most people: that would have been weird and wouldn't have looked as good as the minifigure. But that's just my opinion. The ship being pretty crap is a harsh criticism IMHO, especially when compared to past LEGO Jedi Starfighters, and to say it's kinda like a 4 + set, is to not really understand how they generally construct the 4 + sets. This has too many pieces and is too complex to ever be a 4 + set, nor does it even look like one. Also, I think it's funny that you suggested people get the minifigures (that you seem to really dislike) from BrickLink. 😅 Why would you encourage people to buy supposedly "ruined" minifigures? Anyway, your comments made me laugh. So I had to respond. All I could think was, "Who hurt you?" I like the set. Is it the greatest LEGO Star Wars set of all time? For some kid out there who just got it as his (or her) first Star Wars set? Probably! 😀 And I think that's great!
It's nice to get these really classic-feeling Star Wars sets. Plus three solid figures makes it a must buy for me
Astromechs don’t count, lol.

You can attach the hood onto the bottom of the ship using the spare lightsaber handle, it works pretty well and doesn't fall off
An the ship turns into a Jedi wardrobe
I've been tossing up on whether or not to get this set, looking at it here it does look great. Looks like I'll be picking it up this weekend!
Definitely going to pick this up.
Got an e-mail today that my pre-order off Amazon for this set has finally shipped! So excited to finally get to build it.
Yes, very cool set. Just finished building mine. I was able to store Obi-Wan's hood on the head rest in the cockpit. A bit of a squeeze but it works.

Just came back from my 5 day camp and this was the first video I watched! Awesome review Holly 👏

I might buy this even though I wasn't planning on buying any lego star wars this year
This set was awesome!
This set is pretty cool. My birthday's next month, so I'm probably gonna ask for it.
Great review! I will make sure to use your link :)
Lookinh forward to it more than at-te or justifier? I mean the figs are good, but fav in wave?

Yo
The ship is mid

Have you never seen a 4+ set?
@@herowither12354 yes. Have you passed 4th grade reading classes? "Kind of a 4+" and "Just like a 4+" don't mean the same thing.
If you don't like the hood, just use hair
