They need to take this product off advertising cuz it's definitely false does not work it may killer for maybe a day but they come right back next day take the damn product advertising
It's absolutely a scam. The site deliberately perverts decades old UI design standards to make you think you have selected a one time purchase when you have selected a subscription. This is not a product anyone would EVER want to subscribe to, the only possible point is for it to be a scam.
It does not work they start sending you their product every month when you ordered one. I had to change my card number and call my credit card people to block them.
I purchased one order, after 30 days they auto sent me another order without my consent. I called to return and cancel future products and was told I had to return unopened package at my cost, and would only get a 10% of $20 refunded. It wasn't cost effective to return as it would cost more to return the product than to get my refund. Don't order it. They are scammers through repeat auto orders and little % refund.
They are taking advantage of people who don't pay attention. This is only one ot a tons of companies online who do this, including Amazon. You have to be sure what is checked. I've come across this a lot.
Hi my dad he sent me the linked me the site for me to checkout and I knew right away that it was a scam but I found your video to double check and I send your video for my dad to watch to know to not get this stuff. With it being were they send more too and make you pay for it. They don't be clear and honest in the buying options. Thanks for the info. Rachel
OH. I already fell for it. Calling to cancel my credit card. Not being able to return the 2nd since I have to pay returning fee and stocking fee $15.00 .
I ordered mine from amazon. To avoid a scam I didn't order it thru bugmd. I got a starter kit which is 2 bottles of concentrate and a spray bottle, from amazon it was $26.99.
Why not just keep the bottle and take the discount, I mean what planet are you and your wife living on not expecting this to be some type of scam. If you are ordering something you see on a tv infomercial and they offer you numerous discounts thru out the 48 min presentation, and keep telling you that supplies are running out so this will be your last chance to get in on this great deal . Then a count down clock pops up on the screen and it shows the price of one bottle but they split the screen and now it’s two bottles for the cost of one but you have to act now while supplies last . I mean these advertisements have been around since Jesus ordered the ab circle plus and the ab lounge, every month after that they tried to bill him for a rowing machine, a treadmill, and a stair climber before his mother Mary had enough of this bullshit filling up he basement so she finally called and spoke to a customer service rep who could hardly speak English, made him confirm his address , last four digits of his SS and the last four digits on the card he used three times until they finally took his order off of auto ship , and that was Jesus H. Christ . From Jerusalem.
I am glad I ordered two bug zappers and not the liquid. The bug zappers work great and of course there was not a subscription option for them. Nevertheless, I am disturbed by their sales tactics. However, the zappers work so well I will likely order more. Take care.
Thanks for taking the time to show this. I unfortunately got caught in this scam, with a product showing up 30 days after my original purchase, even though I had specifically ordered it as "one time only," Their customer support followup includes a warning not to return any item because it will be "expensive" for you. In other words, they're telling you that you've been duped, so just cut your losses and accept it.
The question is DOES THE PRODUCT WORK... Folks who don't pay attention or skim over each section of the website will have issues and problems...Doesn't make this a scam..... Now, if the product is bullshit, THAT would be a SCAM!!
@@julieedwards3675 I agree that consumers should always be careful by reading and confirming before payment; however please don't look over the next part of their practice which is clearly BY-Design and Scammy: "2. You email BugMB to immediately cancel and they will reply stating, "We are sorry to hear you want to cancel the subscription of your purchase. Regarding your request, we already cancel the subscription of this order. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any additional questions. Thank you!" 3. 3 days after they state they've "cancelled the subscription", you'll receive an email notification that they are about to ship a bottle of their product. 4. 4 days later you'll receive the product and you're stuck with an extra bottle that you had to pay $20.87 for."

She must have been new to ordering anything. You always check about onetime order. Wow. This is not a scam at all. Also, she could have called PayPal and let them know what happened. They would cancel the order, plus, she should have received a confirmation. My issue is that CS assumed I had ignored a subscribed and saved and too late to cancel. It's not so much "deceptive" as sneaky. PayPal should have handled this and they would handle it.
I've dealt with deceptive companies from China AND without going into details, Paypal may have helped in years past but certainly did not step up to help when the situation got complicated and the vendor claims, "it's he said-she said." Be fore-warned.
Read the directions. It’s not a scam. It works. Their customer service is awesome. She was charged $20 bc she signed up for the subscription!! 😂😂😂 Duh!!! READ THE DIRECTIONS. It’s not deceptive, it’s called reading.. this product is awesome!! Kills on contact! And safe on pets. This video is not necessary. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
I love your screen name, BTW. Not to mention that the company claims it works after you've sprayed to keep bugs away, but what good is it if it only works "on-contact" which seems to the what many have reported after using it. I agree that consumers should always be careful by reading and confirming before payment; however please don't overlook the next part of their practice which is BY-Design and Scammy: Plus, stated from the video producer's written testimony, when "2. You say this company is deceptive when the customer was just lazy. It is very clear to me which one was checked (subscription or one time) Before you buy you must look at everything. Some companies have things marked as default because more and more people are lazy when they order products. That is why they say “Buyer Beware”. Totally the customers fault here. They purchased the products and received them at the cost that was advertised. There is no deception or scam here. Really there was no cause to make this video.
July 2024
OMG ! thank you × 10
You just saved me money and grief.
❤ ❤ peace & joy 2U
If the product works, why would you need so many bottles??????
Thank you very much! I WILL NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
Total scam, don't work AT ALL!!
They need to take this product off advertising cuz it's definitely false does not work it may killer for maybe a day but they come right back next day take the damn product advertising
Good video. This company is 100% a scam. Someone I know was foolish enough to fall for it. Vile people.
There is no scam here. You just have to look at what you are purchasing.

If you order this they keep your charge card number and keep sending you more. Beware!!
She went by paypal.
If you subscribe yes, but they don’t keep sending products to you if you only purchase one.
It does not work they start sending you their product every month when you ordered one. I had to change my card number and call my credit card people to block them.
Home Depot, Doesn't Sell The Product!
Home Depot does sell it on their website I just looked it up

I fell for it. Now am having a problem cancelling my order.

Did the product work? I noticed the default setting to common anymore .
Wow, and I was going to order. Thanks for the video, I’ll just go to Home Depot. They have it there.👍
Did you buy it? Does it work

Of course they highlight everything except the valid points

Thank you so much for this helpful information about these tactics of sales product. Greedy company!
This is a SCAM!!
They continue to charge you after first order!
OH. I already fell for it. Calling to cancel my credit card. Not being able to return the 2nd since I have to pay returning fee and stocking fee $15.00 .

Does it really work I was gonna buy it on Walmart
@@jamesdombroski152 Honestly it's been a real disappointment. It does kill the bugs but they come back the next day. It doesn't last.
I Did the 2 Deal, Was $19.95 each, Didn't Do The PayPal. Did The Credit card,For Some Reason it Didn't Go Through?, That's My Experience.
I have cataracts & never do subscription contracts online. Violation of Americans with Disabilities Act.
This popped up on my google stories and definitely goes to a sales site.
I ordered some oh no, but I pressed one time purchase I’m still a little worried
How did it go????
We just ordered the two bottles option. Does it not work? I've been just sick seeing the pain and misery my dog and cats have been going through.

I’m going to try it but didn’t purchase through bug md
😢
Thanks for making us aware of the deceptive methods. You saved us from what your friend experienced and we are very appreciative.
Shit don’t work I feel for it
does it work though?

You should learn to read more carefully. When you subscribe it means it will be recurring. Not rocket science! The product does work well on insects.
Exactly. Not a scam. Consumers should be more responsible and read

Glad I looked this up before placing an order, I was going with the one time purchase but figures these scammers would try something sketchy.
