If it is a young patient, that we usually start with "lighter teeth", 2 weeks is the minimum with 10% CP. I have them wear it overnight. On adult patient (65+), that may take 3-4 weeks. I would say that in general, 2-3 weeks is good for 90% of patients. My #1 product in Opalescence PF 10% CP from Ultradent. Hope this helps and thank you for watching!
