- Cheap homesteading is in the woods today cutting firewood. His friends at B and T MacFarlane let him use the shindaiwa 591 for the weekend. They are an Echo dealer in Ottawa Canada.

It's always great to work with a good saw. But as equally important is to have a sharp chain. Cutting wood is a lot more fun if you have the proper tools that's for sure. Take care Pete.

Hope y'all had a great Thanksgiving. Your right Pete, an escape route is very important. You really never know about trees. I have had them do right opposite of my original intent! Great saw Pete. I use my Echo CS 590 a lot. Had to remove carb adjustment caps and adjust the carb a little but now it cuts like a champ. Have a Blessed Day Pete.

What type of wood is that
The Wood that has the dark centre is hickory. The rest of the wood is mixed I have some ash Maple and Oak. Thanks for watching
When you're not sure which way a tree is gonna go or you need it to go in one spot and not where it wants to, that's what wedges are for Pete! See if B and T MacFarlane will lend you a 600SX for some cutting. I'd be curious if it just felt a little stouter or more like a completely different saw. Sometimes I think my Echo 620P must actually be 65cc because it's so strong.

Is a 591 mean 59 cc
Ya I think it is 59.8 cc so it is close to 60 cc it definitely runs like a much bigger Saw though thanks for watching
@@cheaphomesteading i did not know the cc of saw.i watched your vid.and did not give any details of saw.i like your vid.i just only watched a few minutes of vid.and i said to myself.is this gut going to give any information about the saw.only to know it is a 591.thanks.
