I make myself my body goals as well, because I feel like when you look at someone else for body goals you are setting yourself up for failure and disappointment, because I feel like a lot of us are unique in our own ways!

You are so correct about how we grew up… high school then college. I’m working on getting my body back as well… after I had my first child I popped back, but after my second child… it’s been a struggle… but I will get my slim thick body back ❤. My hair hates gel 😢. I tried the extreme gel and I had so much hope but nope it was a mess. Now my hair looks like a dry Afro. I hope I can find the gel u used in this video here in Trinidad.
