Society is working hard to keep us sick and fat. I don't ever buy junk food but find myself surrounded by it at work, family visits, traveling, at the gas station, etc. I would call 80% of the items at the grocery store "junk food" as well as most things at restaurants. Education is our ticket to a healthy life. Thanks for the video.

I have to say - the changes are wholistic in each person and this self evident in the way their unique natural wellbeing shines forth in their faces, words and vision they're sharing - so inspiring.

Hi Emmie, i need help. I am 5 feet and i weight 297 lbs. I am worried about me. One more thing. Mold was found in my home. My breathing is not good. Its hard to even walk. Im moving, so im looking for a new living environment. I need to cleans but i want to eat healthy and vegan. I like your show and you make me laugh.
