A fuse is not meant to protect against high current, even tho the LED's consume very little current (power), if there is a short and there is no fuse to protect the circuit anywhere after the battery then you run the risk of a fire or battery explosion. A fuse right after the battery is essencial in every install like this. Love your vids m8
Definitely need a quick disconnect on those. If you lose a skirt they could get wrapped around the tire or axle and tear some shit up. Looks nice though!
Could be the selector fork in that gearbox, third gear fork is a known weak point in them. You can get billet replacements but good news is the box itself may not be scrap.

Z32 transmissions hold good power. Weak point is selector forks. Over here in New Zealand local companies install / sell billet selector forks to replace the aluminium ones that fail

You can get a brand new OEM JDM 98+ spec Z32 30a transmission from Nissan still. These newer ones had the common issues fixed found in 90-96 z33 transmissions. Think it’s only 1700-1800$ but I’m sure you could get one for cheaper.
Are you using the big rb box? 3rd gear is a problem with these. If not, the small box is quite weak, max 300kw@w and they will still pop when drifting. The stock axles are ok for a decent amount of power, I'd rather have a axle break...
