I just started watching but I already have two comments. First, at the beginning, we made the same awkward smile/grimace at the 19 second mark and it made me chuckle. Second, as to "what do you have to show for being 26" my dude, you met your love and moved across the planet. Maybe it was rhetorical, but I think you're doing pretty well for 26! AND you're learning a language, AND you're in school, AND you have a job, AND a social life. I could keep going! Sorry again if it was a rhetorical question lol.

i released the spooky TBR in hopes that if people wanted to read along they’d have the list of 22 books available throughout the 2 months as a kind of book club. as for patreon it’s a fun idea! my only gripe with it is with a book club it would require people to buy the book somehow which i feel is double spending. (of course libraries could be in your favor) as for now i kinda see the videos as book clubs and if people are interested they can read in their own time. ☺️
