No, respect elders only if they are respectful themselves. The elders in this video were not disrespectful so what the waiter and manager did was appalling
I really like the guy who plays the husband. In all the videos he's featured in, he proves that it's always important for people to respect their elders.
@@cherylmyers452 I'm with you. Sometimes when I see some videos trying address how serious age discrimination is, some people think it is so damn funny to make jokes and play stupid games over this.
You made me cry at the beginning, and almost to the end and asking myself are there really that much of an heartless people in this world that treat elderly sweet couple that way. I'm soo relieved at the end, because as usual it was justified. I just remembered I was in Paris with a Asian friend we went to a restaurant, the waiter waited on the people that came after us, and it happened the second time, it was fine with my friend but not me, so we went to a another restaurant. Today is 4/11.23 and I have watched this skid again, and just as sad and rewarding as first time.
Everyone says never judge a book by its cover or never judge someone before getting to know them. Those two guys should Lea respect and kindness not taking advantage from the elder couple. The restaurant allows everyone no matter how old they are, what they look like or where they are from. Everyone must learn about respect and treat others equally
The pure evil in this world is despicable. If the heart is so hardened by selfishness and greed with only the love of money, you will never know true happiness and what it means to love yourself. I have found when children are being reared and their parents, guardians, and other adults show respect to people, any person, no matter age, gender, social status, appearance, etc. This was another great video. Thanks for once again not disappointing us. Garry and Team DramatizeMe, you are the best!
I love when justice is served 🥰 I take care of elderly people and I know how they can be mistreated sometimes. Luckily most people are kind. The lady I take care of currently is Ukrainian, 90 years old, such a sweetheart 💖 I've been with her almost 6 years now..We went to church yesterday and they brought her communion right in the pew 💞 I used to work on partial commission in a health food store, a long time ago. One day a raggedy looking elderly lady came in and no one wanted to help her. I went over and spent a lot of time with her. My male coworkers were snickering saying she comes in all the time asking questions and never buys anything. They thought I was wasting my time. Well that day she spent almost 500$ She told me no one had ever taken the time with her like I did. They all brushed her off, so she wasn't going to spend her money with them treating her that way. My coworkers were so mad 😂 I made about a 50$ bonus on her purchase. Everytime she came in after that, she would only let me wait on her. She spent around the same amount every visit too 👍 Turns out she was a corporate executive. She was married but they never had kids. He was an architect, they were very wealthy. He ended up very ill. She took care of him till his death. The stress took a toll on her health and appearance, because it was just her. She just gave up on herself to care for him..When she started to come in, she wanted to regain her health with nutrition and supplements. But she said the others weren't very attentive. So she would just get info and browse until the day I took care of her 😊 After a few months of her being on a good supplement regimen, she got her energy back and started to take care of her appearance. She would then come in well dressed and polished up, with a bit of makeup. She said she felt back to her old self. I always got a little satisfaction when she wouldn't let anyone else wait on her, their loss for judging 😅😅 You just never know!
This story is so touching I’m so happy he kicked those two greedy men out ! To treat someone differently because of age is terrible! Thanks Gary for a beautiful story ❤
When the mom said proposal or not this is the best day of my life I cried like a baby. Regardless of the proposal mom was just happy her boys were there with her. This was heartbreaking, and heart wrenching at the same time. Great job to Gary and his wonderful team at DramatizeMe.
I realized the plot in the first 2 minutes of the video 😂 😂 but hey the video was truly heartwarming! And the hug in the end truly made me emotional 😢 😢
I totally agree with you on that one, though. Because, they gave you life and everything. Treat them with respect and everything. Because, they won't be around to teach you things. Cherish your parents.
You never fail to entertain me Dramatize 🤗🤗,whether or not as long as I'm a paying customer I have a right to sit in a restaurant and eat quietly and be treated with respect ..
that is WHY i always dress casual....meaning, dont dress to impress, dont dress to wooo women (they aint worth my $$$$$).....When i go shopping, security follows me TIL I end up at the register and PAY for my purchases.....let LPAs or store security bow their heads in SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!!
When you judge someone it will not define them but it will define you. Whether they are young or old you should never make fun of them. Everyone is allowed in the restaurant so you should always treat people equally with care and respect.
If I were the son, the manager and the waiter would have endured a brutal and incapacitating beating out in the alley afterwards by persons unknown and then hounded mercilessly from finding jobs anywhere in that town ever again.
This is totally sweet. Children of today’s world 🌎 have lost their way and forget that the parents are the ones that put them on this earth and should be cherished time is not on the parents side.
The life lesson is that you should never discriminate against the aged and elderly. Is is pure folly to do so, because you never know what they own or who they are related to or what connection they have. this was an episode about ageism and prejudice against the elderly. DramatizeMe did an excellent production of this episode. The final denouement was quite satisfying. If all these episodes are linked with the manager having lost his first management job and then lost his bartender job and now has found employment as a manager again, it is fitting that he is fired again and has to go back to bartending. Your high production standards will carry you through DramatizeMe. Thank you for a well produced, entertaining episode.
As long as respect is reciprocated I never disrespect my elders especially customers bc i couldn't think if someone spoke to or treated my own grandparents horribly , how I wouldn't be seething , thankfully I've never had any problems with elderly ppl often and I've gotten plenty of gratitude for my patience with them , and just tell them it's completely my pleasure to take my time with them to make their shopping experience enjoyable , their smiles and thanks make it worth my while and remind me why I love the job I have
Thank you Mr Garry and Dramatize me cast and crew for this amazing story line People like the waiter and manager should not work in hospitality their son did the right thing firing both of them
In this video, the manager did the right thing. This waiter does not know how to handle guests and I call them amateurs, not professionals, and I know the difference. You never do that in front of other people, never is a GOLDEN RULE, EVER,because people will talk. I am 67,and if that ever happens to me I would never go back again. Years ago I went to a restaurant that was under new ownership and when I finished my meal the manager asked me if I was going to tip the waitress and I said I would think about it, I will never go back, because I judge everything, from the food to the service, my father tipped a straight 10 percent and I asked him why, he said I will give what I feel like. Before I go to a place I don't know, I always look at the menu then I will judge if I want to go in. Waiters like waitresses earn minimum wage so if they are RUDE never will I go back. When you have a elderly person come to the restaurant you have to give them RESPECT because they could be your parents or grandparents, this waiter.was wrong

Always treat people like you’re old. Serve them like you serve young people because you’re still on the job. Oh the worst is when you steal from a customer like this young waiter did to this elderly couple. Very foul and disgusting and I’m glad they got kicked out.
I am still curious about why certain hotel managers exhibit such behavior towards their customers. What motivates them to create difficulties for themselves?
They had to fight over that crappy little table in the middle of it all??? A booth seat or table reserved for high rollers would be more understandable. Fast food places had better seats than that
