- It was the first day as the new chief of police for a calm and reserved black officer. However, his plans for a fair and just police force were quickly challenged by a racist and corrupt officer, as well as his rookie partner. However, they had no idea that the man they harassed was their new police chief and he let them know that he wouldn't tolerate their toxic behavior. Did the two men change their ways and become worthy of wearing the badge or were the chief's efforts in vain?

These stories should be seen n learnt by those who r biased based on every kind of discrimination. The officer said rightly society isn't threatened by people based on their skin colour but by criminals n people who discriminates .again a well-written story n kudos to the actors too

One question. Where were their body cameras? PROOF that the cop was dirty! Tapes don't lie! Brava to Mike for being brave enough to stand up to that despicable cop! My late dad, late brother, nephew & my nephew's son are. ALL named Mike! Plus I have cousins named Mike too. So guess you'd say I was cheering for Mike to do the right thing!
Paying attention to who caused the problem his partner tried to get him to back of but he chose to make a fool out himself we often deal with people like this and yet the good ones get ignored.

Easy way to handle this: fire them both, have their certification revoked for cause so they can't simply work in another department elsewhere. Bring both up on charges and recommend the maximum punishment because cops know better.
Great Video Police corruption is the worst there are good Cops who get bullied into tolerating bad ones he should have reported him right away yes he was a rookie but his Sargent was already in hot water with the Chief and he wasn't hostile or condescending during his illegal arrest we need more Cops who do the right thing no matter what
First of all, never make threats to your officer in charge, just do what you'r going to do so he can't turn the tables on you. That sergeant already made an indelible impression to the oncoming chief so the rookie would've been believed by the chief
